Nice Appart

The staff of this property were so lovely, assisting us with parking and directions. The room was all we needed for one night and in a great location, only a few minutes walk to the beach with plenty of cafes and restaurants around. We loved our stay in Nice. Thank you to the staff for being so kind!

The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. The walls of our apartment were quite thin but wasn't a major issue. Toilet paper wasn't enough for 3 of us, and there is a big gap between bed and a wall so pillows were falling off and it wasn't comfortable to enjoy evening in the bed after all day walking around.

The room was clean, easy and suitable for 3-4 pax. Kitchenette is well equipped. The location is perfect: 5 minutes walk from the Promenade and Negresco Hotel area, 20 minutes walk to Cascade. The apartment is spacious enough for a family of 3, comfy beds, small & clean bathroom and a kitchenette.

The iron stairs leading to the 2 single beds were not only steep but also uncomfortable for bare feet, causing a less-than-pleasant experience. The walls are very thin so you can easily hear the noise from other rooms (kids, couples physical activities etc.).

Several guests recommended choosing a room with a balcony facing the fountain for spectacular views.
