Room, breakfast, staff.
Everything was perfect.
Our room was decorated quite nicely, availability of kitchenette is convenient, hotel lobby is nice too. Location is good.
Breakfast selection without any hot dishes and buffet is not very conveniently placed. Coffee was quite awful :( But the most disappointing was our room’s size. Bed table is literally standing in doors way and door can’t be closed without moving it. Room is very small in inconvenient way.
Location great, close to sea and also large number of good places to eat. Beds super comfy. super clean. Kitchen area in room, well equipped, including a Nespresso like- Pod coffee maker. Our room faced the street but was quiet once the windows were closed. Staff really helpful.
Breakfast at the hotel is poor: coffee from a machine, croissants and other breakfast pastries pretty basic - shame when there are a couple of good bakers/pastry shops on the same street. Better coffee makers in bedrooms.
It was really really nice, the breakfast surprising good (a wide selection of cheese, and other things), good coffee. But the stuff was amazing. Im travelling a lot and it is rare to find so nice and helpful people. Really recommend!
The room was spacious and had a kitchenette - it was very handy to have as we could use the fridge and the kettle! Double doors made it easy for us to put the baby to sleep before us in the cot, and we could still stay up in the bedroom. The bed was very comfy and the apartment was super clean - thank you Izabela for making it ready for us :) The two gentlemen at the reception were very pleasant indeed.
The only point for improvement is breakfast. It was okay choice-wise, rather basic though. I think the biggest struggle was the fact that the only person who was working there at the time (two mornings) could not quite cope with the volume of dishes (we had to wait for a table to be cleared) and also to replenish the foods - e.g. I think we were waiting for about 10 minutes for bread to arrive... which really should not happen.
