10.0 Excellent
Pros: We enjoyed our romantic stay! every thing was wonderful!
7.7 Good
Cons: The walls were thin. Our neighbors were pretty loud for most of the night, and made it difficult to sleep.
4.8 Okay
Pros: Staff was nice.
Cons: Our last night of a 7 day road trip from Oklahoma City, OK to Oak Harbor, WA with me, my husband, a 1 year old and a dog. Hotel was littered with teens, people above us blared music and sounded like they were wrestling all night. Had to make 2 complaint on them, woke my 1 year old up during the night, also had tobang on the ceiling to get them to stop. Then in the morning woke up took a shower, bathroom had no vent to turn on so the smoke alarm went off. When we packed up to leave we see that someone has cut 2 of our straps for our roof rack (brand new just bought for the move). Finally when we talked to the front desk one last time they can't comp anything since we bought through kayak/expedia. Now to top everything off this happened on veterans day. I am an active duty military member and we are moving from overseas Japan to Washington. What a way to feel welcomed back.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: I love the friendly staff, quick check-in and check-out, simple breakfast, but mostly the room overlooking the Yakima River. After a long day of driving and hectic schedule of meetings, it's great to come back, throw open the shades, and see the river flowing right outside the window. If the weather is warm, you can open the sliding glass door and enjoy it even more.
Cons: Adding eggs and bacon to the breakfast line-up would be helpful for people eating low-carb. :)
6.8 Good
Pros: The hotel was clean.
Cons: An elevator was unavailable due to a malfunction and three ice machines were also out of order.

2.0 Mediocre
Pros: appearance
Cons: We WALKED AWAY from this hotel as the security was appalling. We pulled into the parking lot and as my husband exited the vehicle he was accosted by a homeless woman who was sitting outside the hotel - on their patio furniture - asking for money. He hadn't even shut his door and she was on him. She promptly went and sat back on the hotel furniture. As he walked to the doors of the hotel, he was accosted by another homeless man asking for money - who was walking in circles in the parking lot. When he entered the hotel and told the front desk staff of his concerns, and asked if the lot was secured (as we had personal effects on the roof and in the car that would need to remain in the vehicle over night) the front desk staff simply shrugged his shoulders. We left and did not even stay at the hotel as they were not concerned about the security of their guests or their establishment and seem to be happy to allow homeless individuals to raid guests in their parking lot and immediately outside their doors.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly & helpful staff, very clean, convenient parking.

Cons: Smelled a little like mustard in the room.
6.0 Good
Pros: Breakfast was disappointing, chintzy.
Cons: Neighborhood was unsavory.
5.4 Okay
Pros: Room was clean & neat. Reservationist was very helpful and gave me a better price than thru Kayak.
Cons: Price I booked thru Kayak and couldn't cancel. Days Inn charges a $2 dollar fee for using their safe. And you have to ecknowledge that when you sign in. I told the guy at the front desk, I wasn't going to use it and to remove it off my bill. He said I could do that when I checked out. Although, since I booked and paid thru Kayak, Days Inn & I couldn't get my money back. Not Days Inn fault. Call the motels to verify their price before booking thru a broker.

4.3 Okay
Pros: Relatively inexpensive.
Cons: Worn out, dated, mildewy kind of a smell in the room and halls, meal offerings unappetizing (though free - you get what you pay for).
3.7 Mediocre
Cons: Entire hotel was very dirty and poorly lit. The door to my room had been bashed in recently I take it since the trim was completely broken and lock had been screwed back together. Capet was stained and ruffled up as well as the subfloor being rotted away and creeking. Stains on the chair and bed as well. All furniture was scathed and scuffed, looked like it was bought at a yard sale.
4.8 Okay
Pros: Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. There wasn't anything bad about this hotel for the most part.
Cons: The price was rediculous for what you got. The place was incredibly dated with peeling wallpaper and our toilet was not secured to the floor (scary). We could not get wifi service in our room and needed it to complete a bunch of work. Had to go to the lobby to find it. Looks like they are planning on a remodel which is sorely needed although we will most likely not stay here again.

Pros: Great breakfast., great staff, great facilities and great room. Loved it.
Cons: Due to a computer system make-over, information about which rooms had been cleaned could not be provided; therefore, I was delayed in checking in In fairness, I arrived quite a bit earlier than normal check-in time. Furthermore, my reservation and payment information (booked through Priceline) did not appear. Staff worked with me to circumvent the system to allow check-in and to resolve the payment problem at checkout.

Pros: The bed was very comfortable, the staff was friendly, the shower was huge, and it was in a location that was easy to find.
Cons: The refrigerator in the room made a really loud, low-pitched hum, but it wasn't a huge deal. I would have also rather had a bathtub than a shower, but again--it wasn't a big deal.

6.0 Good
Pros: Breakfast was fine
Cons: tub would not stop up. Wanted a bath. They said they would change rooms but we were settled in.
4.2 Okay
Pros: Good location
Cons: If you don't go to the front desk and tell them you did not use the in room vault they automatically charge you. If you fight the chafe staff get angry and tell you it's your fault for not telling them you didn't use the vault... Maybe it's petty but I was not pleased with the predatory charge or the hostile response.
3.4 Mediocre
Pros: The bed was comfortable, but the pillows weren't even regular size.
Cons: Old and rundown everything. TVs haven't been updated to flat screen, carpets have been bleached where there were stains, clunky elevator, loud fans. Every time someone around showered, the pipes were noisy. People smoking just outside the front door. The pool seemed to be the bright spot, but the water was really cold. No good food within walking distance. Should have spent the extra $20 to go the Red Lion.
4.8 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: Outdated building, old furnitures & TV
4.5 Okay
Pros: Pool and hot tub open until 10:00. Good after four days of camping...
Cons: The shower was a trickle.... Not good after camping for four days...
4.0 Okay
Pros: Beds were comfortable.
Cons: Older hotel. When I came to check in at 6:30pm the first thing I noticed was a strong smell of natural gas, no one was at the desk, and no way to call for assistance. Waited 15 minutes till someone got back. Efficient, but not friendly. She said she didn't smell gas. Room was very dark, headboard broken, light bulbs burned out. Only stayed one night and moved to another hotel for the next two nights.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Continental breakfast was inedible. Dirty room, food looked bad.Close to the freeway, clean comfortable room.
5.7 Okay
Pros: It was really close tot he conference center. The pool looked nice, though I didn't check it out. Morning desk staff was cheerful and friendly.
Cons: Room 108 smells strongly of mold and chemicals. Room appeared clean enough except for the tub enclosure, which had dried conditioner and schmutz about where you lean forward when you put a foot up to shave a leg.. The bathroom faucet dripped.
