Le festival Lac des Nations was excellent and the hotel was in walking distance. The staff was outstanding. The couple in charge were very nice and their children were also professional and courteous. The room was huge (Jardin de Luxembourg) It could have been cheaper...but that's asking alot. At xxx the value was there!
Friendly, renovated rooms... new TVs, furniture, etc hallways looked a little rough - ceiling tiles falling down, marks on walls etc.
The stay was amazing and joyful, will do it again..
Proximity of restaurants Cooridors on floors need renovating
comfy beds, quiet, able to sleep well. outside parking and pool closes to early to my liking. (8H45) I go thr the gym at 7h30 til 8h30 and that gives me only 15 min of pool time.
The convienience of being close to everything such as family, shopping, restaurants, etc without being in the heart of a noisy, busy city.
very convenient. Everything was the right place. The continental breakfast was better at another comfort inn. The one at Ste-Helene de Bagot was better.
Staff, continental breakfast, rooms with great beds
Good clean room. Great continental breakfast. Good access to the downtown restaurants and amenities We booked it on kayak because it came up in the search as being a hotel where we bring our dog. When I checked in and confirmed that we had our dog with us, the front desk staff was upset with me, told me I was very lucky for even being able to stay with my dog and kept complaining about how she would get in trouble for letting this happen. I felt like a criminal for having brought out dog and like it was a huge inconvenience. Definitely not a welcoming environment for pets.
over night stay on route to Quebec no
Clean rooms and a good breakfast !!!!!
The pillows were comfortable Almost everything else. I've stayed at numerous Comfort Inns before but never as run down and ill equipted as this one. We checked out earlier than planned and ended up going over to the Delta Hotel because we didn't like it that much
Continental breakfast is a big plus Given the price we paid it seemed a little remote, and the ice machine was not in working order; although not a big deal it was certainly an inconvenience. I'd be interested to know how long it has not been in working order.
Leaving Top floor room with no elevator. Breakfast offerings but with no place or tables to eat it. Difficult carry to our room.
the staff, the cleanliness, the free internet, parking, comfortable beds, close to Baton Rouge
The location was perfect not too far form Magog nor Sherbroke, close to the highway and on a good position to enter on the parking lot, close to the corner. no space around to eat the breakfast, we have to bring it in our room, old design, needs an update on the decoration outside, not enough plants and flowers, seems very old.
Although a free breakfast is listed as part of the amenities at this hotel, there wasn't any free breakfast. There also wasn't any $* credit toward a breakfast at a nearby restaurant. So this selling point was bogus. Keep it in mind. The hotel room itself was clean and comfortable. I'd stay again if the rates were lower since other hotels offer a free breakfast for the same rates.
The hotel was located off the highway in Sherbrooke, near fast food rest. and a movie theater. It was an old hotel but for the price, it was not bad. There is not much to see here so it was a good rest stop before venturing towards Quebec. Clean, comfortable and affordable.
Proximity to main highway was great. Restaurant connected to hotel made getting breakfast easy to get without having to brave the outside weather. Receptionist had great people skills and tried her best to answer our questions and accommodate our requests

I was moved to a better room bed
We went there because our trip was last minute and there wasn't anything available in Magog, our real destination. When we arrived, we noticed that there was a tail-gate party in the parking of the hotel. It was 4 in the afternoon and the party was in full swing. We had problems the next morning logging to the hotel Wy-fy system, with our laptop. I went to the front desk and asked for assistance. The clerk informed me that an employee with internet knowledge would be arriving within the next 10 minutes and she'd give us a call. It was 8AM, at that point. When we checked out at 10:30, the clerk asked me if I had gotten assistance. I told him no. He turned and asked a woman in the adjoining office, why she hadn't called us. She answered loud enough for everybody to hear that... She was to busy and she didn't have time for that king of ''&?%''. So go elsewhere.
Fair price and overall clean room and good location The air condition was noisy and not very cool.

The staff were extremely helpful and even though it was late at night, he offered to change my room to 2 twin beds as there were 3 of us and the room given to us was originally a queen bed. NA
Good price, small but adequate room. Good value for an overnight stop on your way to somewhere else. 2 rooms sharing a common entrance - and the outer door didn't shut properly without being slammed shut. Security bolt on room door was falling off, so nit much use.
1 bed almost broken, fan in bathroom didn't work, 1light in ceiling non function
The location was good for our purpose. It was right off the highway. For others it may not be so great as it has nothing around it. The hotel rooms had a funny smell. It was definitely dated in decor and one of the shabbiest hotels we have stayed in. Accordingly the price for the room was high and in the fine print they charge $10 per child so it added to expense.
Close to highway
Hotel is located close to highway, easy access.Located close to restaurants. We had a king room that was well apportioned, very comfortable and clean. Staff at front desk very nice.\ and helpful. If breakfast was better I would give this hotel a higher rating. Breakfast was included with booking and is something that should be skipped.
The hotel is esthetically pleasing and very clean since it is new. It is also centrally located so there are lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. The staff was wonderful! I found that there was not enough lighting in the hotel. Even the elevators seemed very dark. On more than one occassion, I had to help an elderly person with the correct way to swipe their card in the hotel since they could not see very well due to the poor lighting. I found the rooms to be dark as well.
The staff were all very friendly and helpful with all our questions and the rooms were very clean and neatly laid out. The rooms don't have coffee makers and there isn't an ice machine on each floor.
Food at breakfast To dark in the rooms and elevetotrs. No coffee machine with coffeee in the rooms. Closet to small, Shower no pressure and was leaking at two connections. No towel for the swiming pool. No info book, pens, paper in the room by the phone. Hotel is using styrofoam plate for breakfast, this is supose to be a 4 start hotel, not acceptable.
The Unique design of this Hotel was spectacular! The beautiful landscaping, and patio, with its great view overlooking the river in Sherbrooke was spectacular. At night the entire Hotel is Lite up as well as the river and the "River Walk" with the Gazebo. It was ideally located in Sherbrooke at the centre of the Main Village.
We visited during the summer festival that had a fireworks contest. The view from the hotel's patio was fantastic! We liked everything about the hotel
Trendy design...if you like that sort of thing. music in lobby and hallways
Breakfast menu and the staff there, front desk staff Very helpful and responsive; we were initially in a ground floor room. The slider door could not be locked. The front desk staff were very quick to address that problem. See above: the slider door in our first room could not be locked. We were given a new room, but that should not have happened in the first place. That said, we would still go back there. It is a very comfortable hotel.
