Pros (+) Pillows were great. The staff is always so wonderful. Tangela seems to always be there when I check in and she remembers me every time. This hotel has gone through a lot of transformation the last 40 years but they're definitely hitting their stride right now.

Cons (-) The manager on Friday wasn't able to check me in and I was forced to find another hotel even after making a reservation through a 3rd party site because she couldn't figure out how to swipe a credit card. The machines need to be updated and her inability to rectify a simple situation was ridiculous. Unfortunately, I had to stay at another hotel due to her incompetence. Disappointing at best.

From all aroind the world who were respectful of the Land of Oppprtinity and striving - by hard work - to make a good life for themselves. Plus the Facility was tops. Great value.
