The hotel sits on the shores of North Myrtle Beach just blocks from Main Street, providing easy access to all that the city has to offer. There are plenty of shops, dining options, and other attractions in town, as well as plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy in the South Carolina sunshine. Boating, championship golfing, hiking, and other outdoor adventures are easy to find near this hotel.

Avista Resort has indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, an on-site lazy river for relaxing in the water, and a splash area for kids with a mushroom fountain. The outdoor pool and play area sits right along the beach, with private beach access for hotel guests. Guests can enjoy meals at Just Off Main, the resort restaurant, or check out the Treetop Lounge and the Sip N Dip pool bar for refreshing cocktails. There is an onsite fitness center, as well as meeting and event spaces available for corporate events, weddings, and other retreats and special occasions.

Guests of the resort have their choice of one, two, or three bedroom condos that are all appointed with full kitchens and high-speed WiFi.
