Pros: The location is very central and can easily walk to the main attractions. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well. The room was modern and clean, which is super important in the current situation. We even had a washing machine in the room which proved to be very useful. The breakfast was served in our room and was delicious!

Pros: It was clean
Cons: I was overcharged my room cost $111 instead for some reason they charged me for $169. I tried to resolve the problem but there was only a trainee there. I asked for a certain breakfast they gave me whatever they wanted. Oh and no silverware to eat with. The location is very loud!!!

Pros: The location is very central and can easily walk to the main attractions. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well. The room was modern and clean, which is super important in the current situation. We even had a washing machine in the room which proved to be very useful. The breakfast was served in our room and was delicious!
Cons: We had to pay 19€ for parking at the hotel, but there is parking available for 5€ for 24h within walking distance from the hotel. The pillows could be better.

Cons: Ceramic plates didnt work. Most facilities (sauna, pool,bar, restro) closed due to covid, but this wasnt communicated on beforehand. Poor airconditionning in the room (needed to open window to get room below 23°C)

Cons: Unfortunately, the pool, sauna and gym was closed during out stay due to Corona. Whilst fully understandable, as pools and gyms were open again elsewhere, I had expected for this to be communicated during the booking process as it was a bit of a let-down upon arrival.

Cons: Because of COVID-19 the current breakfast setup is a bit awkward. The reception person acts as a caterer and gives you some specific items you ask for. I missed the fact that the double room had a shared bathroom. It was comfortable though as it was very close to the room.

Cons: The air conditioning in the first room I was assigned didn't work and, it was a bit too warm. One call to the receptionist and they moved us into an upgraded room and didn't charge us for it. The staff helped us move our stuff and waited on us hand and foot. Great service !

Pros: The hotel is in the perfect location, right beside the bus station. There is a tram directly outside as well. It is only a few minutes walk right into the centre. I think this is the best hotel location in Nuremberg. The facilities were modern and clean - they even had British channels on the TV. The staff were all very friendly. I would definitely choose this hotel if I ever visit Nuremberg again.

Cons: Chose Park Plaza over Le Meridien due to better reviews and over Victoria hotel (where we had a lovelu stay last time) - a clear mistake: 1. Checkin was a bit complicated and took too long with a visibly overstrained receptionist. 2.Absolute “No Go” was the breakfast team. Breakfast was until 11.00, we arrived at 10.45 with the entire (young and possibly part time workers?) already cleaning table, taking a demonstrative look on their watches and then telling us to come earlier next time as “all guests take their breakfast earlier” and they stopped stocking up things. As a result only some bakery products were offered, no eggs, yoghurt etc. This is a service attitude and customer unfriendliness we have not seen often in 30 years og global business and leisire travel. We decided then to eat somewhere else and never return to “Park Plaza” again. 3. Highlight of our stay (which was July4/5, 2020) was the very nice and professional receptionist at our checkout who was very sorry about our breakfast inconvenience, toom the breakfast and parking from our bill and gave us a nice chocolate! Without her rating would have been 2.0!
