Nyborg Hotels

Pros: The only good point about the Best Western Nyborg Strand was the sea view from our room.

Cons: The hotel is more like a University Campus - it is very large and caters for conferences/training seminars. The decor consists of brick,concrete and stone and is painted in very dull colours. Our beds needed replacing. The breakfast was not up to the standard found elsewhere during our tour of Denmark and Sweden. In fact this hotel was the most disappointing experience and poor value for high charges

Pros: Relatively long distance from parking lot which made it difficult to get to our room with luggage.

Pros: Very clean. Ample parking. Good beds. Friendly staff. Good (but not overwhelmingly rich choice) breakfast with seaview. Good location at sea. Free internet in room.

Cons: Bistro Food not recommended. Restaurant food expensive. Very functional hotel more for business than for holiday. Too far away from city center to walk.

Pros: room size, facilities, food, best value for money

Pros: Better than I expected and will definitely stay another time.

Pros: Friendly staff. Nice and clean room, but not so big. Our room had very nice view on the sea. Lots of facilities.

Pros: The service at the desk was good. We very much enjoyed the breakfast. We liked the pool too. We liked the play yard outside.

Cons: We had been directed to a room that had a terrible smell and was not accessable for our kids in wheelchairs. However, when we talked about that to the desk we got a good room instead. The rooms in general were not fresh breathing. Furthermore the hotel was very large and had a more business like appearance. Not cosy. The playroom inside was very chaotic and in the morning it was still the same way. Not inviting our kids to play there.

Pros: Comfortable bed and nice view

Cons: TV stand was about two feet tall which made viewing less than ideal. No exercise room.
