Top quality dinner menus and very good Austrian wine list. Very friendly and helpful staff team
Poor reception. No porter available for luggage. Was not shown to the room after check-in.Not good for 4 star hotel
the whole package was very nice (food, comfort etc) I would strongly recommend a swimming pool and jacuzi for after ski ing this would have made our stay at the hotel perfect. I loved the staff and the home comforts of the hotel but would prefer one that had a pool next time.
not having a swimming pool or jacuzi. Would have liked a film(english) channel on the tv.
The hotel is in the best possible location for skiing, the price of the hotel is a rather good value for money.
I was very surprised that most of the staff speak either very poor English or no English at all (of course with few exceptions). This is rather strange, since there were many people from Great Britain or somewhere else.
The location was on~piste, but a slog from the town centre.
bed was too hard, sheets very starchy, very hot dry rooms. Food not to my taste
Typically Austrain skiing hotel with lots of atmosphere but we only overnighted so hardly able to comment significanly.
Finding it. Had the downloaded map indicated that we should look for U3 (I think) it would have been much easier..
the snow on the second day
