Pros:
Representative at the check in counter was rude and unwilling to explain additional charge that they claim were required. I had proof that I have insurance coverage through my credit card company but they refused to honor it. Car was filthy, radio didn't work and car was not given to me with a full tank. Horrible experience.2.0 Poor

Staff was helpful. Vehicle was in perfect condition.Cons:
Only drawback: Insurance cost MORE per day than car rental. A $500 rental ended up costing $1100 US. On TOP of the exorbitant insurance rate$$$$ there was ANOTHER $400 deductible hold on my card until the car was returned. there should be NO deductible. Website did not warn of $$$ ins. cost.Enterprise Rent-A-Car
