Cons: Service needs some improvement.
Two guys at the service desk. One glued to computer, another says"I am having lunch, come back in 10 minutes." He pointed to sandwich in his hand.
I found two scratches on the car, that were not documented. My guess is that they did not care about them, but what if not?

Pros: Clear car and Fast pick up
Cons: Why on earth nobady is making people aware that 1000 euro deposit is required if You buy full insurancr throw Kayak and not directly throw Budget Rental. It's not a small money to have if You Pay only 40 euro for Rental!

Kayak and Budget had poor communications regarding
Cons: Even though I booked the car fairly close to the rental date there should have been enough communication between Kayak and Budget to prepare a car for me. Once we arrived Budget said that they didn't have a car for us. It was very nice for them to eventually upgrade our car (to one that they actually had on hand) but it made the process of picking up the car take over an hour and 15 minutes!!! there were literally people standing behind us for a hour waiting for their turn in line. How is it that Kayak said there would be a car for us but yet Budget had no idea about our rental and thus had nothing ready for us?

Excellent Care, Horrible Customer Service!
Cons: my father and I rented a car here to drive to central Czech Republic. The person who helped us rent the car was extremely kind, but we have just returned the car and have been treated horribly by the desk associate. His name is Michel' (mikel) Michael? I have attached a photo.
In addition to being extremely rude, and snapping at us as well as arguing with me about where to return the car, my elderly fathers bag broke and he (Michael) sat at the desk while i crawled on my hands and knees on the floor trying to gather our belongings.
As you can see there was no one else in line and he simply played on his phone.
I have travels extensively and used budget rental in the past and Have never been treated so poorly. I will be contacting Petr Novotny (the manager) immediately as well as corporate offices.
This employee should be let go, or reprimanded immediately for the sake of reputation of budget and well as the Czech people, who have been nothing it kind and helpful until this point.

Good service, dropoff at airport could be bit more
Cons: Dropoff of at airport could be more clearly marked, IE 500m before a big sign, that indicates it is within the first car park hall.

Cons: long wait for pick up ... car return a total mess - huge disappointment
rate was not as advertised
Pros: There was no office, no car, no shuttle.
Had to take a taxi for 160km.

Pros: We came from a flight to pick the car at 8:25 ( not at 8 as i asked.
There were no car and thay said its my problem that i wanted to rent it with KAYAK company that made mistake and overbooked cars without check the Dollar company so they dident let us car/speak with the mannager or anything and sent us away, after 3 hours of waiting there and please ask to help us get a car we saw that someone bring backcar and after long conversations they let us the car . I couldent find your phone number or way of contact but i think kayak and dorral company dident behave in the standart way of international company and i dont trust or recommand anyone use this companyies again.
I will be happy to hear from someone from your company about it please because we paid more, we lost lots of hours in the airport and the main thing- the trust of this companies and especially -you - Kayak that got our money!

Pros: Pick up was easy and fast (no line), got upgrade to next size and diesel. Return took about 2-3 min after three weeks of rental.

Pros: Had a great customer service experience
Agent was well versed in foreign travelers
Pros: Very easy pick up - whole process took 10 minutes.
Car was what we expected, friendly staff.
Cons: The location is a little difficult to drop off the car again because in the center.

Pros: Prague Vaclav Airport service counter was very helpful. From speaking and translating to the taxi driver giving him directions of where to take me to pick up the car, to clearly explaining all of my rental options, etc.
The simplicity of returning my car and quickly getting to my flight.
Cons: There is nothing I can think of at the moment. Everything went well.
Pros: I get an upgrade from a manual to an auto car. The car condition is very good and reliable.
Cons: the service could have been better, I have recently also rent a car in Slovakia and received a much better service with another provider.
for comparison: I did not receive clear instruction on the location to return my car in Vienna and there wasn't a proper car-park to return the car, which of course i didn't know until i get there and have to make a detour with one passenger getting down to ask, where to drop the car. I have to drive up a curb which obviously is not clear to a new driver in town. All these could have been explained clearer at car-pick up (which compared to other rental company, they did explain clearly what to do, when dropping the car in another city). Please remember: we are new driver in town and need to know exactly all the small little details.
