Breakfast was really nice. not the typical hotel breakfast it was above and beyond.
We had a problem with the tv at first the staff brushed it off as it was a common problem. But after 30 minutes and another phone call to the front desk staff connected us to someone that could help us. A guest before us had messed the settings up. We couldn't fix it with the basic remote so we were moved to a new room.
Would be good, but serious problems
The staff was nice and the location good.
The rooms were older and out of date. Full sized towels were not provided but were "available at the pool." None were actually there. When we mentioned this to staff, we were told some were being brought out. None ever arrived.The iron in our room was old, spilled water, and ended up burning my pants (ruining them). The staff was nice about it and apologized, getting me a new iron. However, the manager just said they'd "look into" the problem and never got back to me with any solution for the ruined pants. This place in equivalent to a cheaper hotel, not other hotels moderate hotels. It's not terrible but not what is expected for the inexpensive but not cheapest price.
