Pros (+) The price was affordable and the lobby area is nice. The hot breakfast buffet was good.
Cons (-) The sauna didn’t work, pool pump making loud noise like someone basketball in the pool area. 80s rooms. The faucets were decaying, the toilet made a loud running noise every 20 minutes during the night, the air was extremely dry even after turning off the heater. Also they ran out of wash clothes. Stain on the bedspread. Sheets were chaffing
Pros (+) We have stayed in this hotel many times. This was the first time I was disappointed with our stay. Staff was friendly. Our room 107 had a musty odor to it. These beds were not as comfy as the executive suites. Very lumpy! The door at the end of our hall is held together with duct tape. Anyone could walk in. Cons (-) Pool was closed, due to hazards, should of been advertised before buying a room, room carpet was sticky and dirty, curtains torn, bedding dirty, one worn down elevator, one ice machine way at the other end of the building, no secured doors on building, anyone can enter from side doors.
