Pros: Great style and staff. Made to feel welcome and at home. Lovely breakfast. Quality establishment.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was wonderful, delicious, well served and just enough for my husband and me because we do not like to eat much in the morning. But in my point of view, it was overpriced (my opinion is based on our travelling experience to other countries, Europe included).
Cons: The glass curtain in the bathroom seems to be a commom international problem. You have to use the shower very carefully, otherwise too much water on the floor :)
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The comfortable beds
Cons: The fact that the restaurant was closed
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Quiet and beautiful boutique hotel. Very clean and well kept. The team were very friendly and helpful too.

Cons: Just a few minor things like at breakfast staff need to replenish things like the fruit etc when it runs out we had to keep asking fir them to do this. 8.0 Excellent
Pros: The size of the room and stylish décoration
Cons: Poor insonorisation
9.3 Excellent
Cons: The towels for the bath are a bit small. The breakfast options are a bit limited for the price: bakery, fruit, marmalades, cereals, but you few options for salty breakfast (eggs, sausages, mushrooms...)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A very nice, modern hotel. Very clean, super quiet. Adjustable AC (not poss in most hotels nowadays). Good parking close to entrance.
7.5 Good
Pros: The hotel was extremely quiet, and we had a peaceful stay - exactly what we needed.
Cons: We paid extra for a larger room with a balcony. However, our 'balcony' was a set of doors that opened out onto the pool area. On one occasion, I returned to the hotel to find another guest sitting in the chairs outside our doors. We didn't feel that we had much privacy given that anyone could look through the windows and doors into our room, so we had to keep the curtains drawn which in the sun we didn't want to do. This would have been a much bigger problem if the hotel had been very busy.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Superb place small clean friendly owner
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Calm , clean friendly
7.0 Good
Cons: No restaurant on property.

Hotel du Clos - Le Rouret - Bedroom

Located in Le Rouret, Hotel du Clos is by the sea, within a 15-minute drive of Gorges du Loup and International Perfume Museum. Featured amenities include a computer station, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services. Free self parking is available onsite.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The room was very comfortable, the pool area was delightful, and the breakfast was yummy. The staff were also super nice and very accommodating. We arrive early and they showed us right to our room which was ready and made sure we had everything we needed. They were also really helpful with calling to make us dinner and cab reservations.
Cons: I honestly can’t think of anything I didn’t like.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely property, great hosts.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was great, very secluded. We felt like we had our own little hideaway. The property only has about 10-15 rooms so we felt like we had personal attention during our stay. Our daughter loved the pool.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff, charming owners, delightful rooms
Cons: Breakfast was not included
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff and owner were welcoming. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the grounds are beautifully kept. We had a bergerie room with a lovely terrace. The decor was quirky with the bathroom forming part of the room. The atmosphere is very relaxed. The pool is beautiful and gave welcoming relief to the searing heat. There are a few restaurants within walking distance. The hotel is a 15 minute drive from the beach at Villeneuve. The beach is small pebbles but we preferred it to sand as you don’t get sand stuck everywhere. The sea was beautiful. Parking was very reasonably priced and readily available in the town at 2 euros for 4 hours.
Cons: There are 2 bergerie rooms and we have stayed in both in recent years. The other room is significantly larger than this one though the terrace is smaller. We were slightly disappointed having stayed in the other. Breakfast is €15 euros each per day which effectively adds €30 euros per day to the room cost. I would prefer a bed and breakfast price rather than separating them.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Whole property is really stylish and very peaceful. Easy road link to Nice and airport despite being in a small village with a mid country feel. Owners and staff really helpful. Breakfast is out of this world - do try the local violet syrup which is supplied at breakfast to compliment the white cheese.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Ambience
Cons: Nothing
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Lovely welcome . Bed very comfy indeed . Table service breakfast on lovely terrace . Interesting pool . Tranquil and very pretty . Table booked for us at nearby bistro .
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very pretty picturesque property, well Located for exploring the stunning villages and towns of the Alpes Maritime. Madame and monsieur Garnier are delightful relaxed hosts and the breakfast was delicious. Excellent value for money.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Annick runs a lovely "villa" which incidentally happens to be a hotel. The 11 rooms are distributed in 3 buildings, two stories high. surrounding them are a very lovely garden, with sculptures and lovely flowers giving something to the eye as well as the nose. Breakfast is all homemade and served portion wise (no buffet). Everywhere its spotlessly clean, and even fully booked, never seems crowded. A rare thing. The pool was our retreat every afternoon, with the usual high temperatures in july. Its a bit secluded in the garden, totally undisturbed by neighbours and the rest of the hotel. The village itself has a little square, a few shops, and a nice walk in the surrounding hills - ask Annick for directions. The Bistro is really worth the money, nice food, although a bit neutral in terms the people working there. and don't miss the lebanese restaurant if you want a change from the usual french cuisine, that was fresh and authentic eating - and they carry lebanese wine.
Cons: If you travel from abroad, do bring a rental car. Its the only way to see the area properly - and there's plenty to choose from.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Elegant as only French can do . Charming and one of the gems
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Tamerlan is a best manager. Thank you very much, my friend!!!!
10.0 Excellent
Cons: Relais & Château.... no other words needed
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Best location in St Paul and outstanding service and most attentive staff.
7.5 Good
Pros: Perfect location inside the city walls on the main street through Saint Paul. Easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Nice glass of rosé and cookies upon arrival with comforting concierge after harrowing driving to get to the property and many steps to climb to find a bellman.
Cons: No air conditioning turned on in the property yet, and it was stuffy and warm in the hotel and my room. Opening windows with no screens helped, but was reluctant to leave open while out or at night. My deluxe room has a wonderful view overlooking the valley below, but rampart walkway was eyeball height for walkers looking into the bedroom window, taking pictures, and talking. Not at all private without keeping draperies closed altogether. Small bathroom with old and slightly moldy finishes in the shower. Glass door to shower would not close all the way, so water leaked on bath floor even with strategically placed towels on the floor. Decor needs to be upgraded to 21st century luxury standards rather than still reveling in 1990’s glamour.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Suite was absolutely delightful. Hotel upgraded our suite because of availability with no extra charge. Staff could not have been nicer or more accommodating. Located in a delightful medieval village on the french Riviera. Breathtaking views of the countryside and of the sea. Wonderful local French cafes.
Cons: Be prepared to walk as the medieval ramparts are often too narrow for cars. But there are a number of shops and restaurants within easy walking distance.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff is wonderful, the village itself is amazing
Cons: The room is too small
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Unique , Lovely Hotel, and experience at the end of the season! Very cozy & intimate, in the center of a storybook Medieval setting. Loved all the art galleries and unique shops.
Cons: Should have been sent VERY detailed instructions re: arriving by car, PRIOR to arrival. It was extremely time consuming, confusing, and stressful despite the use of GPS.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful location, staff is very nice and helpful. Really liked the coziness of the hotel
Cons: Service at the restaurant could be a bit better. It would have been nice to know what was in our cheese platter and our glasses were often empty so we had to wait or ask.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Fabulous hotel. Great location in heart of this old village, rooms very clean and comfortable, and staff very friendly. Billy is the best valet anywhere! Have stayed here 3 times and would go back.
Cons: Nothing

8.8 Excellent
Pros: The relaxed athmosphere.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful pool, with poolside bistro served gorgeous food at lunchtime and in the evening.
6.3 Good
Pros: The room (very large double and 1 single bed) was large, very clean and comfortable. The swimming pool area was lovely.
Cons: The breakfast cost extra (€15 per person) and was completely self service. We even had to make our own coffee, and cooked breakfast was not refreshed during the service. Hotel is c. 25 minutes walk from St Paul de Vence village. Very few staff around, and reception often not manned. There was a pantry with alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and an honesty box but it meant that you had to pay for water, tea and coffee which would normally be provided free in the room. Dinner was available by the pool but only a set menu of €45 which was high compared to restaurants in the village.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Closeness to Rail and Centre of City
Cons:
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing.
Cons: I have visited 27 countries, I saw a lot of different hotels. But this hotel is the worst hotel that I have ever seen! I was afraid to take a shower, because it was ssooo dirty! it is not 30star hotel. I will not even give 1 star to it! The lamp in the toilet was blinking like at the discoteque and the staff did nothing to help us. Staff was not aatentive, not smily, they just didn't care about anything. The door of the toilet didn't close. Wallpapers were 3 cm from the walls. It is a peppergrass for 100 euro per night!!!
2.8 Mediocre
Pros: only location
Cons: my air conditioner is not work, but i got only 10 euro back . It too expensive for the room without air conditioner
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Please write at least 15 words
Cons: Dirty tired.uncomfortable beds. Miles from the beach.Inedible breakfast disgusting outlook.
4.8 Okay
Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: It was located in an area that I would not consider safe; it would be better further south but were not made aware. Because of safety, a car park would have helped for coming back late.
Hotel Villa Azur - Villeneuve-Loubet - Bedroom
10
9.1 Excellent (896 reviews)
Overview Reviews
With a stay at Hotel Villa Azur in Villeneuve-Loubet (Villeneuve Loubet Beach), you'll be a 4-minute drive from Marineland Antibes and 9 minutes from Juan-les-Pins Beach. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby and multilingual staff. Free self parking is available onsite.
7.0 Good
Pros: Small hotel on the beach, modern and minimalist design. High quality and clean. The cleaning staff is good and friendly. Nice shower. Very good beds, fresh sheets. Seaside view is great. Nice sunbathing terrace. Beautiful terrace for breakfast and restaurant. The atmosphere is somewhat sterile, not very inviting, cosy or friendly.   There is no private beach, but all necessities for sunbathing and swimming are free form the reception desk. The hotel environment is not very interesting. Nearby bar Mombasa is low key, nice, friendly and cheap for example for lunch. A big plus is the train station a few hundred meters away. Every half hour trains to Nice and Antibes/Juan-les-Pins etc.
Cons: Breakfast is complete but substandard in quality, for a four star hotel. Terrible croissants (in France!), no fresh marmalade or yogurt, industrial scrambled eggs, presentation of food is messy. The  breakfast staff is inattentive, uninterested, almost unfriendly.  The restaurant is closed on Sundays and Mondays. We did not use it because we only stayed for 3 nights. The hotel has no staffed bar. Idiotic statement in the room that 75% of occupants "participated In protecting the environment" by using their towels several days. This amounts to emotional blackmail. It is furthermore very dubious because the hotel obviously saves on laundry costs if guests comply. The fact that each day free small plastic bottles of water and small plastic bottles of shower gel and shampoo are provided, also does not make the environmental protection claim very believable.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: location is amazing, beach like private, with few people. super clean water and good stuff. All speaking Russian language, which we like as we are from Kazakhstan:) hope to be here again
Cons: nothing
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Right by the sea
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Nicely located, exceptional view (ocean side). Very clean and comfortable rooms. Beautiful rooftop.
Cons: Considering the hotel restaurant (the only one) is closed on Sunday evening AND Monday the whole day (!), the hotel ambiance is very strange. We felt something like in the middle of a famous HBO movie “...The End of the World...” :-)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The restaurant has limited offerings in terms of drinks. No breakfast alcohol drinks, (Bloody Mary, Mimosa, ect.). The view and location more than made up for it. There are plenty of places to eat. This hotel exceeded my expectations for a European (French) hotel. Very nice.
Cons: The bar was lacking significantly. Only whiskey no mixed drinks. Breakfast alcoholic drinks would be nice for American visitors who are used to having a starter in the morning while on vacation.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic hotel. Fantastic staff who couldn't do enough for us during our stay. Brath-taking views from our balcony with the sea-view.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff is wonderful, very friendly and helpful. Dinner at the restaurant was excellent. Service was fantastic and the food delicious. And the location can’t be beat. If available splurge for the sea view room, but if not the view from the restaurant and deck are fantastic. Quiet and assessable to other restaurants if you want to try a few others.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location is great at approximate meters from the sea and the neighborhood (some suburb of Nice, I think) is OK as well.
Cons: The hotel is overused (meaning that is very busy in summer months) and because of that it needs more often maintenance. In this vacation we have stayed in three "four star" hotels on French and Italian Riviera plus Tuscany and this one was - by far - the lowest in terms of facilities provided that did not really seem to be on par with other four star levels. Perhaps the French stars are just smaller than the Italian ones :o)?
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Very nice small boutique hotel right next to the beach Good breakfast Comfortable and clean rooms
7.5 Good
Pros: The location is beautiful, steps away from the water, and the outside furniture on the decks of the sea view rooms makes it easy to enjoy. The bathrooms and bedrooms were updated and well maintained. The staff was responsive and helpful.
Cons: The sea view rooms on the first level are all accessed by the same walkway, not individual balconies. The mattresses and pillows were not very comfortable.

Pros: Breakfast is worth every penny! Lots of food so make sure you are hungry. Laura was very nice to greet us when checking in to start our stay. Charlotte was such a pleasure to get to know and she is absolutely amazing. Very attentive. This place is an absolute must. Will be back!
Cons: Nothing. Everything was fantastic.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location, beautiful pool and gardens, great food, lovely staff.
Cons: Can be hard to get around the area if you don’t have a car - buses are rare and taxis/Ubers difficult to get and expensive.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The place has the best location possible in Tourettes sur lup. And the best and charming staff. And good rose wine and a beautiful swimming pool. The only thing I would recommend is a room with seaview. We had a room towards the mountains.. that is towards the road through the village. Some noise. And no aircon. But we just loved our stay at the hotel!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were so friendly - they welcomed us like old friends The pool was beautiful, catching the sun all day and overlooking the stunning French countryside The restaurant was great - small menu but delicious dishes using simple ingredients
8.8 Excellent
Cons: The hotel is very close to a busy road, we waked up at 5 o'clock because of the truck unloading. We would advise people to take a room off the road. The staff is very helpful. Further the hotel is perfect.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Dinner was impeccable! Unparalleled views and great service all around.
Cons: A bit noisy due to having a room on the street side. I would also suggest a complimentary water bottle in room! Other than that it was all amazing
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Lovely staff. Nice ambience outdoors. Lovely breakfast on the terrace. Village is beautiful
Cons: The bathroom was functional but dated
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We have just returned from the most perfect weekend break at Auberge de Tourettes. The warm and intimate service from Charlotte and Michael was so welcomed and very rare to find nowadays. The wine was always chilled and flowing, the scrambled eggs were cooked to perfection each morning and the creme bruleé was out of this world. The hotel's location was just heavenly with views of the hills and the surrounding villages below, which you can enjoy poolside next to the glistening emerald pool or from the balcony whilst sipping on a café au lait. This is the ideal place if you are looking for an escape from busy modern life - the pace of life there is something I crave to achieve here in the UK. Thank you so much for hosting us and we will 100% be back same time next year.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The initial welcome was very warm and positive. The views from our balcony over the hills to Cannes were stupendous and the service throughout friendly and unstintingly helpful. We loved the breakfasts, too.
Cons: Can’t think of anything.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Excellent place to relax and visit the area. Great service The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The hotel and restaurant have lots of charms. Swimming pool deck perfect.
Cons: nothing

Pros: Absolutely everything about our stay was magnificent!! Marian was the most incredible host - breakfast on the terrace was lovely, eggs were fab and coffee was delicious. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She gave us fab tips about the area and our room was spotless everyday. The house is amazing!! The pictures don’t do it justice. Pros: This hotel is just incredible, it exceeded all my expectations! The staff is very kind, friendly, we were very nicely greeted and told about everything, we were advised about the best way to go to the airport. The interior of the hotel is incredible, a beautiful hall and a cozy courtyard inside with a cute cat. Everywhere smells good, there is an elevator. We had a suite executive suite - there was absolutely everything that is necessary for a comfortable stay. There was no problem with the audibility, a comfortable bed, a spacious bath and a beautiful view from the window to the patio. Separate thanks for the cleaning of the room, the staff very neatly and carefully folded our things. It was an amazing end of vacation! Everything was perfect! Thank you so much, I would definitely stay here again
5.5 Okay
Pros: It was comfortable and clean
Cons: It was comfortable and clean but far from the sea and restaurants and very expensive not included breakfast
9.5 Excellent
Pros: It was conveniently located for Nice Centre Ville train station as well as the main high street shops and the tram stop for Jean Médecin. A good 15 minute walk to the beach which we enjoyed. The garden was lovely and peaceful with a gorgeous cat. The air conditioning was very powerful and cooled the apartment quickly. The rainforest style shower was perfect. Facilities and storage space were as much as you need.
Cons: The garden closed at 7pm daily we would’ve enjoyed it a bit later than that, but understand that reception is not always manned after that time.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable and clean room. We could cook easily. Very friendly staff. The gave us a list of restaurants so we felt confident eating out as well. Perfect location. And a beautiful cat in the lobby. :)

Pros: Beautiful hotel, lovely pool. Room was super.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Cleanliness Looks Down to earth
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The staff are awesome and cannot do enough for you. The room was lovely and (room 9 ;-)) has a huge balcony with sun loungers. Breakfast quite expensive but good (comparable to places in town so might as well stay home).
Cons: A little bit of a trek up into town (we were there during the heatwave!). Also, only place to sit and socialise (other than on the sunbeds) is the breakfast room. To be fair, the wonderful staff didn't have a problem with us sitting there with our delivery pizza but felt a bit odd. Only other downside was lack of mirrors or dressing table in room so getting ready to go out is a battle for the steamed up mirror in the bathroom.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: We were there to celebrate a wedding, the hotel staff looked after us wonderfully, thank you so much for everything. I loved the pool - I could stay in it all day - and the rooms were very comfortable and clean. Interesting location, lots to see and do.
Cons: A little far from St Paul de Vence but that's not the hotel's fault!
7.5 Good
Pros: The beds were very comfy and bedrooms well decorated. It is quite cozy hotel. The staff is nice. There was a parking which is appreciated when you have a car
Cons: The hotel in not quite in the center, it is accessible by foot but quite dangerous as there is no sidewalk for pedestrians. You can still take your car and park in a parking in the village.
4.5 Okay
Pros: The view from the balcony in our room, which was on top floor of the building. The pool area was ok, but also a bit outdated för a 4 star hotel.
Cons: Main road traffic next to the premises was a bit disturbing if you consider the price of the room. Room extremely small and needs refurbishing, not 4 star quality, but 3. This also goes for the breakfast. No restaurant in the hotel and dangerous to walk and cross the main road leading to St Paul (a 20 minutes walk, not 10 and very dark). No safe in the room. sWe will not return to this hotel since standard to low in relation to price.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Lovely, helpful staff, comfortable beds, charming room, spacious pool, close to old town!
Cons: Complimentary tea/ coffee would have been nice. Also, laundry bags and maybe shower walls would make their (already very nice) rooms even better.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is a gem of a place. A 10-15 walk uphill to the village of St Paul. Tranquil and restful hotel where nothing is too much bother for the staff. Pool area is very comfortable. Room (We had a standard) was clean with fresh towels everyday which we also used at the pool. I found the bed one if the best in any stay abroad. Will definitely be returning.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Attentive staff, beautiful views, clean & spacious bedrooms with v.comfy beds, amazing breakfasts and lovely pool area
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Beautifully decorated room and bathroom. The layout of the hotel meant that each room overlooked the lovely pool area with views towards the coast. Room was extremely comfortable. Fantastic position being a 10 minute walk to St Paul De Vence. Staff were very helpful. We chose not to have breakfast in the hotel so can't comment on what was available.
Cons: Nothing

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great location, beautiful gardens and fantastic pool. Owners were brilliant too, friendly and had great art dotted around the place when we stayed.
Cons: Breakfast at 15 euro per person is a bit expensive, considering it’s only continental, and should be included in the price.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Quiet and relaxing with pleasant staff.
Cons: Not allowed own food or drink in room which was a pity.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Well appointed. Clean and beautiful. Absolutely spot on service, friendly staff. Great Breakfasts Wonderful ambience should be listed as a 4 star property.
Cons: Nothing
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The staff were extremely friendly, breakfast was a decent continental. The room was very charming, very cute, old fashioned and French, some lovely touches to it. Good shower location was great a 5-10 minute walk to town, The pool was great, overlooking the valley/ hills Their golden retriever dog was very well behaved and friendly Would stay again for sure.
6.8 Good
Pros: Good location , walking distance to St Paul. Nice pool. Breakfast ok. Good parking.
Cons: This, our third stay disappointed. Property a bit tired, desk slow to respond to requests, repairs not done and a limit on use of bar fridge ! No assistance with luggage on arrival... new management ? Also don't expect too much space in "junior suite".
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A fantastic hotel at a fantastic location. The hotel is a boutique hotel with absolutely charming features - few rooms with all amenities, great breakfast in a picturesque garden, great dinner service. The hotel owner and director is an Italian signora with great style and a perfect hostess. Truly one of the most unique places that we as frequent travellers - both for business as well as for personal reasons - have ever seen.
Cons: There is really nothing that was not perfect.
6.3 Good
Pros: I’ve stayed there before and it was beautiful - it’s as pretty as a picture and walking distance to St Paul de Vence. The new young man working there couldn’t be more helpful as was the gorgeous lady with dark curly hair - nothing was too much trouble for both of these staff members even though it appeared to me that they were restricted by the new manager.
Cons: We were in the two bedroom suite and the second bedroom got absolutely no cool air from the air conditioning . With a heatwave in France , we were unable to sleep in the second bedroom and lay awake in a pool of sweat and when we asked for a fan we were just told a flat NO - not good enough for the money we were paying. We have a right to a comfortable nights sleep and we barely slept. I was told there was room for a rollaway bed but there wasn’t really room at all and when my son arrived on night three we were terribly cramped. The new manager has signs everywhere saying no food or drink to be brought into hotel yet there is a fridge in our room which begs the question - what is it there for if not to put food and drink into. We had bought lovely wine and cheese with us and there was no way we weren’t going to drink/eat it, especially since the hotel had barely anything in the way of food offerings. I understand they make money from these things BUT we have done this in every hotel we’ve been to and at Le Hameau we felt we had to hide our food from the very grumpy manager - unfortunately they’ve lost me as a customer and I won’t be recommending them again
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely pool and grounds
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Instant ‘French Charm’ Homely ...certainly not ‘sophisticated ‘ But we loved it for our needs Pool was superb Staff were Lovely especially ‘Moona’ Pretty ..French room clean linen clean room super shower & a very pretty view Lovely

Pros: Very cozy and comfortable place in the center of the city. It’s very big flat with balcony and kitchen. Flat’ s owner is very helpful and friendly. We had a big room with bathroom. It was very clean. Near the house is parking. We were lucky to park the car for free. Maybe we’ll stay here again)
Cons: There weren’t condition. We slept with open windows, it was very noisy.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Genevieve was so friendly and helpful. my French wasn't the best but she was so patient!! even when my flight was leaving at night she allowed me to keep key for the day -so appreciated that! she would sit around in the morning and have her freshly made coffee with us and made sure we had everything for the day! I slept so well for the 3 nights. You really had the French experience of living as the apartment was homely so central near transport, food and beach.
Cons: no signage outside to tell you of b&b so definitely make sure you confirm with Genevieve roughly what time you hope to arrive! But not a negative as so many positives!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location is perfect between train station and beach/old town. Very clean. Room was very spacious
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Quiet, respectful and felt like home. The bed was very comfortable. Location was central to everything we needed. We loved it!

Pros: Had a great time staying here. Location is perfect: close to the Central station as well as the beach. All bedrooms and bathrooms are kept very clean. And you can use the kitchen, fridge, plates and cutlery. Genevieve is very friendly and wants to feel you at home (mission accomplished!). For my last night she gave me an upgrade to a bigger room with bathroom ensuite. Everything was just perfect!

5.8 Okay
Pros: Location is superb, wonderful interiors and decoration in public areas, Bellboys and concierge are very helpful.
Cons: Check-in disaster. I came in after midnight, didn’t get any help. Overpriced, awful breakfast.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Loved, loved the location and the overall vibe. The lunch restaurant and the bars - we went to both - were great. And the staff were great!
Cons: We had two rooms and one had an updated bathroom and the other didn't. Not really a problem because the one without the updated bathroom had a nice view!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is exceptional with an outstanding design and the staff take care of the guests. Well located and quiet.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Nice location. They changed my room when I was given an inappropriate room since I had my kid with me. The check in employee was very kind and helpful.
Cons: Check out took too long. Some Rooms need renovation. For a 5 star hotel Room service should be 24/7 or at least until 12am. But when we order at 11pm they said no we don’t have anything only pizza. The room service needed more staff to handle all the guests in this 5 star hotel. There was only one employee at night in room service. However the staff for room service during the day were incredible.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Super professional staff, really nice and large rooms. Very clean, quiet, with expected service in room
Cons: I missed some amenities in the room that you can find in those type of hotels usually: smart tv, speakers, etc... Breakfast only available from 7am which is a problem with early flights. You should be able to order in room earlier than that.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The eccentric decor and the grandure of the hotel.
Cons: The bathroom was in need of modernisation. Tiles that had been painted over and were flaking off - not attractive. The Friday barbecue was very disappointing. Tough meat and limited vegetables.
6.8 Good
Cons: The room was very tired and in serious need of decoration. Breakfast was a very poor event - clearly lack of staff and all sorts of mistakes that you'd never see in a 5-star hotel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Ate breakfast outside the hotel
6.0 Good
Pros: Historic building, beautiful lobby
Cons: Rooms definitely need refurbishment
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The location and the incredible artwork through the hotel makes it really special. We upgraded our room to a suite with sea views which was just amazing and the little extras and room service was great.
Cons: The breakfast was really average and let’s the place down especially when it’s an expensive hotel. Some of the staff in the breakfast area were just rude as well.
6.3 Good
Pros: The room was nicely refinished albeit the air con was not able to run very cold
Cons: The service in the rotonde restaurant was appalling for a 5 star hotel. Were kept waiting 16 minutes after we had the menus and wine list.. even the waiter D walked right by ... and this was at 7pm with the grand total of four tables occupied in the whole place ! No surprise then that we walked out and went to a restaurant down the street and had great service. Will not be returning
6.0 Good
Pros: The ambiance was nice- classic old style .The rooms were big and the view spectacular. Unfortunately the bath tub drain cover was not working so it required a nail file to remove the cover to drain the tub. This was repeated every day of our stay without the staff fixing it! The room was not cleaned on returning in the afternoon and we were told by reception that we had to call for cleaning !The wall tiles had black mould which Is really unacceptable in a hotel of this class.also, our room had chipped paint around doors and peeling wallpaper trim. All in all,This hotel needs revamping. On the plus side, the location is the best in Nice.
Cons: The staff were very poor in responding to complaints - no apologies ever.My room smelled of mould ,to discover next day that there was a furnace type room opening into my closet, which did not have a door.On complaining ,I was given an excuse instead of an apology. Also, after staying 3 days,I was stopped by a security doorman on entering the lobby ,to question me if I was staying at the hotel. Very very upsetting and again ,after telling him yes ,no apology. Good staff should know the guests and be carful before causing an embarrassing moment. The service at breakfast was very poor and the buffet layout difficult to manage due to the tightness of the restaurant.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean big rooms and fully equipped
Cons: None
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The receptionist was really nice and helpful. Apartment was big and clean with fast wifi. I liked we had three bathrooms.
Cons: Creeking stairs were so loud.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The staff was really nice, the apartment was was large enough for 3-4 people. The kitchen was well equiped and we really enjoyed the iHome.
4.5 Okay
Pros: Pool area fair, but pool was needed, but detached from property and not as good as pictured & with artificial grass. Has parking, but construction noise in valley was continuous disruptive background noise. Supposed to be restaurant and bar, fine print after booking stated no restaurant, but was only told when checked in, no bar.
Cons: Sent request before arriving for early check in, request ignored. Is advertised can request early check in and might be a charge, as France was experiencing heatwave, I was willing to pay. Receptionist upon arrival disagreed with booking.com charges, I asked for Mgt, request was ignored and only acknowledged upon checkout. Checkout staff apologised but seem to know this receptionist was trouble. Asked when I arrived re early check in and reception staff was rude and dismissive, stating late afternoon check in is standard. After Early attempt to check in I familiarised and walked past front door of allocated apartment (had to be provided for WiFi access that took a long time to work, to the annoyance of receptionist), where I noted cleaning staff had left, and knew that venue was not fully occupied. I was told by receptionist that ‘possibly’ maintenance staff might need to do work in apartment, so cleaning staff exit would not allow early check in. After 4pm checkin time (I arrived around noon, no food available at venue (as stated above no restaurant or bar facilities), same receptionist was annoyed as she had logged out of her PC thinking I did not understand French! Apparently is annoying to come back to get keys and check in, when I was told to! Apartment has kitchenette with cooking utensils & pots, but no plates, that food could be served on. Minimal cutlery. We did have few small nibble bowls (too small for cereal bowl), and few plastic picnic plates. Cleaner cart was still at front door when checked in after 4pm. Unclean tiles around bath & toilet entrances which would be clean with a scrub, otherwise clean to be fair. I was disappointed with standard of facilities and sorry I was locked in and pre paid for 2nights. Next day I went to ask re pool towels that was not offered previous day, unfortunately same receptionist was there, and quip rude reply was, pool towels are charged at x euros per day.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: amazing and very comfortable
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Great location, great staff, very good prices.
Cons: Some of the rooms could use an update
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The apartment was as clean and orderly as it can get, just perfect! There was well enough room for us. The kitchen did not lack anything either. As far as the apartment goes, this is perfect for a long stay.
Cons: The minigolf was a great disappointment. My son was looking forward to free minigolf, and even cried when we couldn't play the first day. When we went there the following day, he could have cried again. The lanes were in bad shape: some were full of water or leaves, and most were partly broken. Several lanes were impossible to play because the tubes or ramps were broken. It makes no sense to give people clubs because the course is not playable.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent for families, mountain style near the beach, and with good options of sports and fitness, very clean and comfortable
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Fair value for money
Cons: The cleaning schedule was not suitable for holiday.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Everything is like it is described, and more than that!
Cons: For family with two kids the swimming pool area could be bigger and allow more toys and “activity”. Pool rules are strict

Cons: nothing

9.0 Excellent
Pros: The location.. The Taxi rat to the airport around €35 The room service are helpful and fast to meet your wants..
Cons: One lady at reception is not helpful and not friendly but the rest of them are very helpful..
8.8 Excellent
Pros: We were here just for a week. Hotel is located centrally right across from the beach. Rooms are very specious with luxuries beds. Dinner experience at the restaurant in the hotel was fantastic. Just one small issue - we did not get city center view as the website promised. Balconies were facing each other with no privacy.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: everything perfect
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Nice service as always in Hyatt, nice rooms. Separate toilet and bathroom in the room, what is perfect. Amazing location, right in the city center.
Cons: No front sea view in rooms. Many rooms have a view on other rooms what is not nice. So you always need to close curtains in the room.
7.5 Good
Pros: The concierge desk on the other hand were exceptional - helpful and so friendly! Vincent was on our watch and he cared for us with humour, great care and excellent knowledge of Nice There was also a lovely chap in the restaurant whose name I didn't get but he had great humour, was helpful and had the biggest and brightest smile!
Cons: The reception staff, without exception, were dreadful! Some were robotic, others plain rude and extremely unhelpful from checking in to checking out! The restaurant in the pool area should have been relaxing but the staff made us feel unwelcome and treated us as fools much of the time!
9.3 Excellent
Cons: Hotel badly needs renovation, carpets are not clean, furniture scrapped, some hardware is outdated. At the same token it is still very comfy and quiet.
7.5 Good
Pros: Location is great.
Cons: The check in was a mess. Paid up front yet the hotel still did a full account preauthorization on my card. Basically blocking facility on my credit card despite paying up front. Absolutely not cool. The “refund” took 10 days to reflect on my credit card. Not happy!!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Location , clean , the breakfast & the breakfast Area , and the staff are very helpful
Cons: None
5.0 Okay
Cons: The breakfast buffet was disappointing
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The location is superb and the staff were extremely nice, professional and helpful
Cons: There is a smell of stale air in the room and the corridors and the cooling system is weak

Pros: The location is super good, i.e. I LOVE NICE sign downstairs, lots of restuarants nearby, 5 min to the old town, the escalator going up to the chateau hill is just 2 min away. In particular, the view from the room is unbeatable. We enjoyed wines in the room with the sunset view over the bay every day.
