The location was the only good part about the place. The lobby was dated and dirty, and had a few people sitting around who looked like vagabonds. The room was dated, unclean, and in disrepair.
That Hotels.Com refunded my money! -Two rude staff members (at least one of them did apologize for their rudeness) -Had to wait almost an hour for my room when it shouldve been ready two hours before hand -Rooms were okay, not spectacular (only one small trash can) -Phone did not work -Water did not work -Not safe area for kids -Would never visit again and wouldn't recommend
the only thing I liked about the hotel was nothing the sink was clogged the tub was dirty the beds were infested with bed bugs
Location Being a non smoker ina smoking room. The door didn't cover the frame 10%, I could see ppl walking by under the door.
Convenient to other things, like the big Flea Market, restaurants. Even had a cafe and bar on premises.
The hotel was under construction. But the room was very clean. The room was very basic and small. The door was very hard to get open and the staff while I was not very friendly. Although the lady was very nice when I checked out. The people at check in seemed like I was bothering them.
I can't answer honestly without being sarcastic or risk a lawsuit for defamation; I'm sorry! Homeless hangout Room was hideous ESSENTIAL to survival 'perks' in room ONLY Loud Horrific mattress
Very nice staff. The room was supposed to be non smoking but smelled like a cigarette, and it was not very clean.
The best/only thing good about this hotel is its location. I now know why this is one of the cheapest hotels in Jacksonville. The rooms are subpar at best; room cost me $50, not worth more than $30, in my opinion. The "mattress" is just a large block of foam precariously placed on top of plastic pipes. Every time I tried to get out of bed, the whole set up would tip over. Pillows were flat dollar store quality. Trash bin still had previous tenants trash in it. Stairwell and walkway smells like it was mopped with urine. I now know why this is one of the cheapest hotels in Jacksonville. Lol it was awful... Hot air didn't work... Continital breakfast was a honey bun, coffee, fake oj, & apple juice....
That they allowed me to cancel the 2nd night with no charge. Felt like a chatge by the hr motel. Stay away!
The staff was polite and professional. The price if you're on a budget. The hotel was convenient to the bus station. The room was pretty clean. On the first night there were no roaches. There were no microwave nor a refrigerator at one of the rooms that I stay at on the first night. However, there was a microwave and refrigerator on the second night. Also there were a few roaches in the room.
Sight seeing - St Augustine (40 mins), oldest town in States; Neptune beach (quiet); Jacksonville Landing; Amelia Island bathroom needs updating
Location is a five minute drive to downtown area. The prostitution sting in the middle of the night. People trying to solicite my girlfriend for sex.
It is ok for the money.
cheap floor felt like I was going to put my foot through it
the staff was very helpful no shampoo
Price ended up ok The front desk lady try to charge me their 2 adult rate. Even with your booking reservation that I had with me with the price I received from your booking. She was not nice. She finaly just gave the room at a one person rate. Not cool !!!!!!!
It was very accessible to the interstate and very close to several restaraunts. The website said it was 1.1 miles from the Landing, however it was more than that.
