8.0 Excellent
Pros: I loved the view and the staff granted my wishes
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I’ve stayed here many times because of the great location, good breakfast, and great staff.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: It was convient for where I needed to be
Cons: Idk if I got an infection fromthis hotel or the one I stayed at the night before but I have very bad face infection cellulitis. It's gross n disgusting
8.0 Excellent
Pros: I really like the location of the hotel and the view of the river it's beautiful and their stores all around which is convenient and I like the fact they have a laundry room
Cons: Besides 1 maybe 2 staff mem.were nice the manager and everyone else were extremely rude to me. I had $100 deposit which is really high and didn't even get any sleep due to noise that they never documented that I complained about. I was a loyal cust.Notnow
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Large and good space. Quiet room.plenty parking close to elevator
Cons: Ran out pillows and only had 20small pillows on bed
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The voucher was useless since everything on the menu was twice the value of the voucher so you are just buying breakfast yourself. Breakfast was not very good either. $7 voucher and minimum $14 meal without anything else.
Cons: Very nice clean room, comfortable.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It's right on the river with covered parking if you have a boat! That's huge! The restaurant is good(not great) with a nice view also
6.0 Good
Pros: Love the view and the nan that checked me in knew exactly what he was doing and it was so smooth. Our adjoining rooms where perfect. More pillows would be nice though.
Cons: card charged for $59.99 in the middle of the night. I had already had a hold for incidentals. I was told it would not be refunded right away. It was the hotels mistake. I still have not Gotten a credit. Need a night stay or Money back, Too long to wait
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Stopped in for just one night. My first time to Oregon city. What a beautiful location for this hotel. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable. And the view was fantastic as I had a room overlooking the Willamette River. I will definitely be back
Cons: No
1.0 Poor
Cons: The lady that runs this place is rude and makes untrue accusations about having extra people in the room that she supposedly saw on camera. I don’t know a soul in this town, she was just trying to find ways to keep my $100 cash deposit
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The view was of the river (across the street) but a nice view, none the less. The small balcony had 2 chairs which were great for having our coffee on!
Cons: Like many hotels of this age, the carpet needs to go. I’m curious as to why they don’t replace the carpet with some kind of flooring that can be CLEANED.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Easy access to highway, close to my worksite.
Cons: Building was noisy: adjoining rooms doors opening and closing. Freeway noise a problem. Later found complimentary earplugs in bedside table drawer.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Quick check in, great value, good location
Cons: Nothing, it was great!
1.0 Poor
Cons: It was really dirty not enough towles front desk person was rude and they charged me for 2 nights and i only stayed one!
3.0 Mediocre
Cons: Stayed 3 days, housekeeping NEVER serviced the room. Office was across the parking lot uphill which was difficult to get to in a manual wheelchair.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff worked with me on putting me up till I could call Bank and fix financial issue. Ended up staying another day
4.2 Okay
Cons: I waited an hour in the lobby for a prepaid room because they couldn’t find my prepaid reservation. By the time it was figured out I did not get the king suite I paid for. I wanted and paid for the king excutive suite and with a bath tub requested. The room was sold out from underneath me even though I had purchased it I got a room with a queen bed and no bath tub. The air conditioner didn’t work , There were little bugs flying everywhere and the floor was dirty. I was then moved to an old basic out of date king bed room. Dusty and musty old smelling. The fan didn’t work in the bath room and the fire alarm went off because of steam from the shower and also had bugs flying around. I want a refund. I deserve a refund
4.0 Okay
Pros: The bed and cable
Cons: Dust under the lampstands
9.0 Excellent
Cons: The only thing that I wasn’t a fan of was the fact that my room had a fireplace but it didn’t work.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The location for our planned activies.
Cons: Check-in took twenty minutes.
7.0 Good
Pros: Room did not match pictures, but staff helped make it better
Cons: Fireplace did not work, again staff was accommodating
1.0 Poor
Pros: Not the rudeness that staff were, and they charged me 150 for deposit if room wasn't destroyed, and I don't approve of me having to be up on the 3rd floor when I told them I'm disabled even though they were saying I don't get my refund back to me when it's of SSDI thanks but hope it will be refunded asap
Cons: The rudeness and saying just because I'm disabled have a hard time with a head injury is why I'm on disability I was left for dead and can't comprehend, loss of memory, I had my wallet stolen and didn't provide ID sorry, DMV is closed to everyone interest so sorry but I'm not a bad customer.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I have been staying in several hotels/motels and Sunnyside Inn and Suites are the best. The location was great, close to bus lines and the Max station. The staff were the best staff I've encountered. When I had an issue they worked with me so I wouldn't be on the streets in the rain and cold. They all actually have hearts and care. That meant a lot to me
Cons: No breakfast
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: There was no breakfast
Cons: Staff was rude misinformation
5.7 Okay
Pros: The night check in staff (a male) was very friendly and was very helpful. The bed was comfortable, microwave and refrigerator in the room was nice as well..
Cons: The burns in our bedspread and sheets as well as obvious cigarette burns in our non smoking room, and burn marks on almost every surface of the bathroom. The smell of stale smoke in the room, and allowing people to smoke on the nearby patio, which drifted into our closed room all night.
8.2 Excellent
Pros: At about 9 p.m. I made the reservation on Kayak and called the Budget Inn to ask if it was okay that we'd be rolling in at about 10:30 p.m. because we were at a concert on Portland. The male working front desk said he'd stay up longer until we could check in. After driving to the wrong place, I called and said it'd be another 25 minutes or so and he was totally ok with it, so he was super nice. The staff was obviously super nice, called us at 11 a.m. to ask if we'd be staying another night because it was time to checkout (really polite there) and the check in and check out process went really fast. Overall, I wouldn't mind staying again because the price was reasonable given it being really last minute.
Cons: Facility had some downs, cigarette burns in the sheets, the patio was kinda dirty and there was paint chipping in the rooms. Those things wern't prominent and I barely noticed. There were quitelling a few smoking tenants that were right by our room so there was quite a few cigarette butts around the patio area. Also, a homeless man was making himself a place to sleep undercover but he was pretty close to my car so I had to check midway through the night.
2.0 Mediocre
Cons: Big (fist sized) hole in bathroom door and missing the smoke alarm. Creepy place.

Pros: Near my event.
Cons: Charged once through this site and then again when I checked in. Relatively new staff I was told.
6.0 Good
Cons: The in-room coffee machine was a waste. It didn’t work, and the front desk was unable to help me. The front desk couldn’t use the card I used online to make additional charges. Had to wait forever while they tried to debug the problem to no avail. I finally offered another card so I could catch my Uber ride. The Maintenance person who helped me deal with heating issues was terrific!!

Cons: Nothing.
6.0 Good

Pros: My rooms view of the pool and river fountain was beautiful. I got to see the sun set from my window. The resturant food was delicious; ate the del fuego burger and peach cobbler they were phenomenal. The bars drinks had great prices.
Cons: The pricing for resturant food was pretty high, $15 for a burger and fries and $10 for the peach cobbler. Other than that no complaints, staff was good, room was great.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Inside room entrance.
Cons: I am a Sr citizen and was trying to get three bags. A carry on and a purse in and out of my room and to and from my car. Now staff was happy to point out the location of the luggage carts but some assistance would have been nice. Room was not vacuumed.&
6.0 Good

5.0 Okay
Pros: Parking close to entrance.
Cons: Bed pillows smelled like man BO. Yuk ! Surprising for a Marriott hotel.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable and clean.
Cons: I had booked a 2 bedroom suite with an extra couch pull out bed and was given a one bedroom room. So missing one bed. I brought this up to front desk and they basically just acted like no, I was wrong, this is what you have - but I have photos of the room I booked and the description saying 2 beds and a pull out bed. The room was still tidy and comfortable but we expected more room for friends for my husbands birthday.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Convenient location. Comfortable room and friendly staff.
Cons: No
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Got in late, the gal at the front desk was extremely nice
Cons: My bed was only ok. Felt itchy and the mattress was ok
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was great and the hotel was nice. We would stay there again
Cons: I booked the hotel through a 3rd party and was told by the front desk clerk that I would not be receiving my points for my stay because I didn't book through the marriott site. I usually do book thought the hotel web site however when I can save $30 on another site I'm going to take it. If I received a little less points I can understand that however to not offer the points at all is wrong especially since I have received them in the past no matter where I had booked the hotel.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Easy access off the freeway. The staff were friendly and helpful. Check in and check out were easy. The beds were comfortable. The room was the right temperature all night.
Cons: The shower was not clean. There was pink and black mold on the caulking and in the crevices of the shower wall surround. This could have been easily cleaned and removed. The exhaust vent cover in the bathroom was also dirty. There was a very long hair on one of the pillows that could not have come from anyone in our party.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Fast easy check in. Room was quiet. Bed was comfortable. Easy access off the freeway. We were only there for less than 12 hours.
Cons: Temperature of the room was hard to regulate. It was either too hot or too cold all night.
10.0 Excellent

8.0 Excellent
Pros: great location! it’s right next to the mall, target, and a bunch of good restaurants. The entire staff were really so nice, especially cleaning staff. King room was very roomie and quite comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.
Cons: Not the hotel’s fault- but be warned the property is located near the freeway and sheriffs office so you tend to hear some sirens & speeding from cars. Also no continental breakfast, but that’s not a big deal bcus there’s literally a chick-fil-a across the way.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Convenient breakfast area, quick to freeway
Cons: Breakfast included
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Located in the area we wanted to be in. More space in the room and bathroom than other hotels. Larger TV than most hotels.
Cons: Room was located above the heating and cooling units which made a humming noise in the room.

6.0 Good
Pros: Liked the bed very comfy
Cons: No dvd player
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: The manager upgraded my husband and I to a suite room. Which we really appreciated. All of the staff there is amazing except one individual.
Cons: I got a call at 9:35 pm in my room from the front desk. They wanted me to move my car inside the garage because they were going to be pressure washing the other part of parking lot, in the morning, that I was parked in. The messed up thing is that nobody else that was parked next to me was required to move. When I stay at a hotel it’s because i need a convenient place to stay. This was an inconvenience for me to get dressed and go down and move my car. Then the guy that was working was being rude about me telling him that I was upset. I checked out in the morning before they even started pressure washing.
7.0 Good
Pros: No breakfast due to COVID. Cleaning staff very helpful. Desk staff very helpful, friendly
Cons: 2 big motorhomes and a semi tractor parked in the very limited parking area. One Motorhome looked like it was there for the long haul, power plugged in, wheels covered etc. Lots of questionable people always lottering and smoking in the covered parking area lower level, not sure if they were even guests. An adult video store right next door. High traffic area.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel isn’t in a great location, and it is definitely dated, but what rehab they have done is solid and the bed was about as comfortable as you could possibly get at a hotel. The overall stay was great for the price and it was quiet.

Pros: They checked us in early and were very accommodating
9.7 Excellent
Pros: The bisquet's and gravy for breakfast were fantastic
Cons: In all honesty it was a wonderful trip
7.0 Good
Pros: Very close to Clackamas City Center. Decent breakfast spread, and a bonus snack option (hot! Nachos, Hot dogs and sloppy joe sliders were some options I saw) in the late afternoon. Staff was friendly enough but not going ’above and beyond’ i
Cons: Tough parking lot to get in/out. Rooms have a pretty musty/moldy smell.

Pros: Location good. Bed and pillows VERY comfy. Room spacious and nice decor. Simple but nice. The cleaning lady, Theresa, does the most awesome job. I have stayed here for at least four visits now over the last 6 years, and she is wonderful. She deserves a raise. Rooms are spotless and she's an excellent bed maker!
Cons: The people who run the motel are very kind, although the gentleman has some difficulty communicating in the english language. The hard, wooden chairs at a small table at the window are the only sitting places and these chairs are awful. So uncomfortable. The wood floors are so much nicer than nasty carpeting, but they are all scratched up already and it's very cold. The heating/ air cond. unit is quite noisy but is efficient. The showers could use an upgrade!!! Just old, natty looking tub bottoms and the shower heads need replacing, as well as the tub to shower pull switch located on top of the tub spout. It's all loose and leaky. Makes shower water pressure lousy at times. But none of these are a deterrent for me to come stay there again!

2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Location and cleanliness.

7.9 Good
Pros: It was convenient in the location we needed.
Cons: The train the noise
1.0 Poor
Pros: Close to family we were visiting close to shopping and food nothing more to like
Cons: Noisy and old heater hard to control no cover over vent in bathroom ceiling no shampoo no coffee in room or even a disposable cup no Kleenex stains in bottom of tub no carpet in room made it feel cold and worst of all mouse droppings in closet on upper shelf staff also seemed like they were bothered both when we checked in and also checking out and didn’t even seem concerned when I mentioned mouse droppings would not recommend to anyone and quite overpriced for motel 6 in the area drove by another motel 6 advertising at 30 per night less
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Water pressure was good.
Cons: I would have expected a lot better for what we paid. Grossly over priced and just plain gross. The rooms were dirty, furniture was broken, and stains everywhere. Staff spoke 3 words in English and didn't come out of the office once. There was dog poop outside the doors and trash around. I wouldn't stay here again unless it was remodeled AND under new management. Very dissapointed.
7.0 Good
Pros: It was clean and the front desk people were nice.
Cons: The trains woke up at one and never got back to sleep.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: there was not any breakfast included
Cons: shower stall built for short people; I am six foot two inches.
