Pros (+) The location is close to universal. The shower pressure was great. Carpet was sticky.
Cons (-) I can usually sleep anywhere, but the beds were hard as a rock. At one point we got up in the middle of the night to see if it was actually a mattress or the box spring we were laying on. The pillows were strange too. No sleep. We joked that we could have slept better in the car. Breakfast was chaos. A tiny spot for too many people. It was like the hunger games and didn't feel like volunteering as...

Pros (+) It was a 5 minute drive to Universal Studios. The room was clean and the breakfast was good!
Cons (-) Smoke detector started beeping at 1:30 am, so we took it down and removed the battery and tried to go back to sleep. The next morning, I told the front desk person and he made a note to have the battery replaced. We came back late that night, after a long day in the parks, to find that not only was the smoke detector still laying on the dresser, without a new battery, but the door to our room had ...

Christine, May 2017
Pros (+) We stayed here for our 4 day trip to the Orlando theme parks. For us it was perfect as we didn't want to spend a lot on a hotel that we were barely going to be there to enjoy. The rooms were spacious and clean and house keeping did well everyday. Free breakfast was good and comparable to higher priced hotels I've stayed in. Over all it's not the Ritz but a great price for a comfortable and clean h...
Cons (-) Clientele is low end but you can't have it all
