crazy big rooms, riding area and balcony/gazebo. great family vacation setup
a tad suburban feeling, but really very good overall
As usual, Marriott provided us with a nice play to stay with very professional staff. The villas offered plenty of space and was clean. On the downside, the beds were quite hardand rough to sleep on. The pools were very nice as was the fitness center. The bar at the pool offered plenty of drink choices at affordable prices - however, the wait to get a drink was absolutely ridiclous. It also took a long time to order our lunch and there was even a wait to get a simple cup of coffee. Overall, good value and I would stay again.
We were attending a weekend long sports event in Orlando, and rather than staying in a hotel, we opted for the resort. For roughly the same price, the room was a 2 bedroom apartment with a full kitchen, laundry, 2 baths, etc. The grounds were in great shape, and when we had a couple extra hours, the pools on site were great.
This is the second time we have stayed and used the facilities of this great resort. Rooms are spacious, comfortable, and an extreme value for the dollars. This time we blocked four rooms for our business group and had a ball. These people know how to take care of their guests. Perfect is all I can say... we will be back.
I have been going to this hotel for 10+ years. There are many reasons why we continually come back. Its within 10 minutes of all the parks. The rooms are HUGE and comfortable. The full size kitchen & laundry make it feel like it's a home. You can save money on not having to go out to a restaurant for every meal and you don't have to pack more than 3 outfits because you can do your own laundry in the room. But the final reason why I'm writing this review is because of my last visit 2 weeks ago. When we got home we realized we had left our tolietry bag in the bathroom. There was some very expensive facial creams and perfume. Thinking it was lost, I called them up. They quickly put me thru to the house keeping dept who said they had found the bag. They shipped it back to us in 2 days without charging us a penny. That is customer service! Great job and thanks again. Anyone who stays there will not be disappointed.
Cypress Harbour has it all. A home away from home while in Orlando, with tons of resort activities. As Florida residents we visit Orlando frequently both with and without our 2 young kids and prefer Cypress Harbour to any other resort. So much so that we bought a Marriott timeshare just to be able to stay here more. It is in our opinion the best resort for families visiting Orlando, as it caters to children of all ages. For the price of a room with 2 double beds on Disney property, Cypress Harbour offers 2 full separate bedrooms (one a huge master suite with large bathroom), a full service kitchen, washer/dryer, dining room, living room and balcony. Plus beautiful views, many pools, playgrounds, mini-golf, basketball, bikes, paddleboats, arcade and more. My parents love to come stay with us also and we are able to accomdodate all 6 of us very comfortably. You can't go wrong with Cypress Harbour.
I have stayed at this beautiful resort on several occasions. I would stay there over and over again. This property has gorgeous views and has something for every type of traveler. You can't go wrong staying at Cypress Harbour.
Wonderful resort; 3 nice pools; bike rental, paddle boats, mini-golf. Our three daughters (5, 6, 8) were asking to stay and play and forgo the theme parks!! Prices at the on-site market were high but not horrible. We did receive a call each day about attending a time-share sales presentation, but we were able to ignore it - callers were polite and not too persisitent. Easy access to I-4 and less than 10 minutes from Disney. We will return.
