Room was spacious and clean. Pool area was great with lots of activities. MeMe at the front desk was very nice and helpful.
I really can’t think of anything, great experience all around. When we return to Orlando we will stay here again.
The pool was nice a lot of restaurants
When we first arrived everything was great, good customer service. Except they put a $100 hold on your room as a security deposit - which I thought was weird cuz I’ve never had that at a hotel. The reason I gave it 2 stars & REALLY didn’t like & completely ruined the stay for me was the gentleman Craig that stands by the sealife ticket sales counter. The check in ladies told me I’d have to talk to Craig for our car parking voucher. Craig was super nice & talkative until he asked my fiancé & I what we make annually in income & what we do for a living. Then went on about how we would be eligible to sit in on a 90 min talk to be able to get our hotel stay for free. Said that they would be able to give us a $120 gift card after the 90 min speech & that we would get a free stay anywhere in a Hilton hotel on top of that. Then asked if we’d be okay for the 8am, we told him yes so that we could just get to our room & swimming. But then he asked for a credit card right then & there & I thought that was weird & realized it was to try to sell timeshares obviously! So we declined the offer & Craig all of a sudden got VERY rude with us & kept asking us “why you just said you wanted to come & now you don’t ?? What changed ?? I’m confused cuz you just said you would do the 8am one. So you’re saying one thing & now the other. ” He kind of smirked in a rude way & after we said no again he didn’t even make eye contact again & handed us our car pass, rolled his eyes while looking down & very unenthusiastic told us to enjoy our stay while shaking his head in disbelief at us. It was super unprofessional. Because of that we won’t stay at a Hilton while traveling again..
Pool area is relaxing. There are 2 main pools with another kiddie pool and 2 hot tubs. Restaurant/ bar by the oool serves good food and drinks. Staff have been really pleasant and helpful the entire time. Films outside for the kids and free video rental in the rooms.
The shop is handy but really expensive. I suggest doing any shopping for snacks, booze, Sun creams etc at the local pharmacy about 1/2 mile away. Shop does make pizzas though with free delivery.
Good Value for Price but Not for Someone Seeking Quiet
Good location and price, nice pool/play area for families with children, decent bar area with regular bar food menu
Late check-in with no apology, adjoining rooms allow for substantial noise in other room, quiet pool noise level not enforced with louder kids there, biggest thing is that THESE ARE TIMESHARE units - ensure you realize this so you do not get suckered into the hard sale and offer of "free breakfast" for your time.
I liked the pool area because it was very lively and full of people.
Great pools, great price.
pools room beautiful
I stayed at SeaWorld for 3 days in March. The resort is beautiful and the staff was friendly.
The "shuttle" to SeaWorld and Aquatica was horrible.it was a city type bus. The bus only went to the hotel 1x per hour and on the way back stopped at 5 other hotels, before the Hilton. It was a 10 minute walk to and from SeaWorld but a 35 minute bus ride.
Staff was super nice, and the room was comfortable and clean.
Very good hotel and location. My suite was very spacious and quite.
The tropical setting of Florida and the luxuries of the Hilton brand make Orlando Hotels’ Hilton Grand Vacations at SeaWorld an ideal destination for families wanting to stay in proximity to the city’s attractions and parks. The Hilton Grand at SeaWorld features comfortable guest rooms and spacious suites with up to three bedrooms. Both are cozy living spaces that include a flat-screen TV with cable access, DVD player, wireless internet, kitchenette, and soft white bedding. Suites are upgraded with a separate living room, additional TV, soaking tub and walk-in shower, and in-suite washer and dryer. Guests have access to a free shuttle to parks in the area, including SeaWorld, Aquatica, Universal Studios Orlando, and Discovery Code. After the parks, they can enjoy the hotel’s three pools, five whirlpools, waterfall feature, and kids’ wading pools. A shuffleboard court, sports court, playground, and tennis court keep the family active when they’re not at Walt Disney World Resort, Universal’s Volcano Bay, or the beach. To energize after a long day, the Hilton Grand has two on-site restaurants: Coral Reef Bar & Grille and Provisions Market & Fresh Deli. Offering a menu of fresh seafood, burgers, salads, and much more, Coral Reef is a classic eatery with something for all. The fresh deli serves quicker cuisine, like sandwiches, snacks, pizzas, and calzones to eat on-the-go. Nearby Orlando is also filled with restaurants at The Mall at Millenia and Pointe Orlando. At Hilton Grand Vacations at SeaWorld, it’s an experience that no adult or child will soon forget.
