Very nice and convenient water shuttle to the parks. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. Would stay here again!
Dated, would expect better facilities at that price
Pros. Company cancelled my hotel days after booking
Cons. I actually got my room
Pros. Great location, with included Express Passes. Hotel overall was excellent.
Cons. The rooms needed some maintenance, and I cannot be the first ones to notice it. There was mildew in the shower on the ceiling that needed to be bleached. The shower leaked into the bathroom, because the original construction did not properly angle the tile to make the water drain back into the shower. The sink stopper did not stay plugged. The phone in the room did not work. Again, I cannot be the first person to notice all these. Why have they not been addressed?
Pros. Fortunately we were able to get a last minute reservation which turned out fantastic . Convenient, clean, helpful. Staff was very friendly. Included fast pass definitely compensates. Safety measures taken with hotel key iD's gave further comfort.
Cons. We really had no complaints. Our visit could not have gone any smoother.
Pros. This hotel is super convenient for visiting the universal parks. Your room key is your express pass, which is a huge a bonus. Rooms size was decent and has keurig and mini fridge. Beautiful grounds, nice pool, friendly staff.
Cons. The beds/pillows are not very comfortable. While the pool area is nice, I wish there were a second “quiet,” or adult pool with additional hot tub. This hotel certainly caters to families, but not everyone has kids, and something less chaotic for relaxing would have been nice.
Pros. Great location, the staff is fantastic!
Cons. I had a wet spot on my carpet and found a hair on a "clean" towel. I think this was probably because they were so busy due to it being Christmas, because I've stayed here twice before and never experienced issues before. Still disappointing though, for the price you pay to stay here, you don't expect any snags.
Pros. Lobby and Christmas spirit. Orchids and overall ambient . Water taxi not needed to drive and parking. Breakfast service. Exelent dinner at hotel restaurants. Very friendly staff.
Cons. Room gray colors. Like in a funeral home. It may be trendy, but not pleasant at all.Window view from Tower 2 shows a really neclected landscaping, which is incomprehensible in such nice otherwise hotel.
Cons. Service at the sushi bar very slow
Pros. Proximity to park Friendly and helpful frontline staff
Cons. Found out the pool was closed for planned renovations only upon our check in. No previous notice. Kayak package didn't include park tickets; buying a cheaper package thru Kayak does not include everything that buying through Universal does TV in room didn't work. Had to complain twice and have twonvisit from engineering. After long day at parks (great days) disappointing to not be able to just relax by pool or in room
