it served the purpose of which we needed and was in our price range for the trip we took the front door had big gaps in it to which you could see the outside. the door locked but didn't like the gaps
Location was close to family member we were visiting When we checked in, we could see daylight around the door frame. We were told that no other rooms available. We stayed one of the 12 nights planned. That night you could hear every footstep echoed through out our room. We're not sure how many people were above us but it sounded like a heard of elephants above us all thru out the night. So bad we recorded the sound. We did over look the frayed rug and the multiple electrical outlets that did not work. When we checked out, front desk indicated they had no complaints. Well trip advisor certainly had similar complaints. We asked for some documentation to say when we checked out and were given nothing. When escalated thru the booking company (they were very nice) they were told we had stayed an additional night. It has subsequently been resolved.
The staff were friendly and helpful. The location provided easy access to highways, downtown venues and the normal travel amenities. The breakfast area was small, but there was adequate supply of the usual continental breakfast foods and beverages. The carpet was filthy and literally coated my feet with a black film: after the first day, I wore socks everywhere in the room except for the shower. The bathroom exhaust fan was hanging from the ceiling and was very loud. The bathroom light also was bad, blinking for 10 seconds before coming fully on. The room smelled strongly of some sort of cleaner and the smell remained for the whole week there. My luggage now smells like that cleaner. Finally, I had requested a quiet room. They put me by the staircase and I was awakened early in the morning and late at night as people rumbled their luggage up and down. Frankly, if Tucson had not been packed with tourists filling the hotel/motels that week, I would have changed locations.
It was very close to where my appointment. The staff was very cordial. The bed was lumpy and the pillows were almost non existent.
Super cheap, I felt completely safe (single female), I wasn't hassled, and staff was friendly and willing to assist with my requests. Towels weren't so soft.
It was the cheapest place I could find in town. The bed sheets had holes and there were crickets in the shower. The place had a very 3rd world look to it.
Buildings have been refreshed. Rooms are newly furnished. Ordinarily, this motel is easy access to I-10.and when road construction is complete it likely will be again. There is a Vietnamese restaurant right across parking lot (plenty of parking). If you like beer, sports on TV and high quality pub grub, find the Stadium Grill nearby. Excellent pastrami burger. Even though the buildings are mostly non-smoking, the place stills smells like stale cigarettes. I would've marked cleanliness higher if not for the cig smell. Masking has been attempted, but further steps are needed. A box of Kleenex in the room would've been nice as well.
Nothing Terrible riffraff hanging around the property. Obviously doing business. Not the place I should have stayed alone with my 2 young children.
No towels in room, door battery went bad management threatened to call the police because I pointed out the problem. Other issues too. The entire stay.
It was quiet,clean,and reasonable.
The convenience The convenience
Doesn't cost much. Rooms aren't perfect but are clean. Smells a little funny as most motels do. Otherwise great. Mainly just the motel smell.
Fair Price & Clean. Did not like to be treated through an armoured glass.
Good rate and location to freeway access Since it was very close to a busy street, there was a lot of noise. Room appeared to smell of smoke so I used air freshener to help that and was overall pleased.
Leaving Wrong reservations, dirty floors,
Hotel employee front desk attendant was pleasant, helpful and informative. Kinds of unkept, but for the price a.ok.
The waffles for breakfast ( sad.. I know) The lady at check in was ANYTHING but friendly . Our microwave plug didn't work .. I kept sneezing from all of the dust .. and the constant comings and goings from locals made us feel very uneasy . Not a great part of town from what I have heard since .

The room was great, the dining at the restaurant was excellent. I didnt like staying at the back side of the hotel, the view and security made me uneasy
Easy access to freeway You could hear everything in the other rooms, and noise from the freeway made sleeping a little difficult.

Owner was working the 3rd shift, he Was super kind and courteous, the beds. OMG, stellar. Parking was good. Parking lot was a treat...lol. I overslept past check out and he didn't even mind. I would stay here 100 times over Nothing. Everything was awesome
Close to freeway. Parking very convenient & adjacent to the room. Great a/c. Full length mirror, which is a great plus for me - not always available in hotels. Bathroom facilities were fully functional, but a bit outdated and inconvenient compared to more modern properties.
Nothing We booked and paid for a queen room. We got there and they didn't have a queen room. The couple that live there and manage the property smelled awful. The husband was so incredibly rude. Told us he didn't care if we stayed or not we had already paid. He hung up on us three times.
I really enjoyed that each room is like it's own little house excluded from the rest of the rooms a little bit better than most hotels. They have individual carports right next to the door that make me feel more security for my car. Well to start this off, there was no toilet paper, no towels, no soap, one of the pictures in the room was upside down, and the furniture was all falling apart. One side table looked like it was accidentally put together wrong. And none of the furniture matched which made me think that most if not all pieces were bought at a yard sale. The bed frame was broken so when we sat down, we had a not-so-pleasant surprise. The chair in the room creaked when you sat on it, which led me to believe that it probably go out on the next guests who visit at this hotel. The bathroom sink had a small leak in the pipes, so when we used it we also simultaneously washed our feet at the same time. As for the cleanliness, the comforter had long black hair in it and none of staying had long black hair <---doesn't that come off by simply washing the comforter?
