the fact that they allow dogs in there hotel, which is difficult to find in the zagreb area.

the food, it was eatable but that was all. the coffie was poor at breakfast so that if you want to have a good one, you had to buy it. bread was not always fresh. eveningmeals are very basic.

Great staff who spoke great English. We only stayed one night and I had a stomach bug the entire time we were there and the staff did everything they could to help me feel comfortable.Very clean and nicely decorated.

The shower was only warm, not hot.

Easy to find and close to a lot of central Zagreb things

The hotel should provide better instructions for parking. There are no signs indicating where the parking is and sometimes it is hard to stop at the hotel to ask where it is because the roads are so busy.

After 7 weeks of touring Turkey and Croatia, this hotel had the best breakfast by far - saved the best till last. Even provided a breakky pack on our last morning as we had to leave before the 6.30am breakfast.

it was hard to figure out how to switch TV on, because of 3 remote controls, the fridge-bar was very noisy, old furniture, no soap and shampoo in the bathroom, the room is not very clean and the bed is not so comfy. Generally, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I liked hotel staff. They were friendly. And breakfast was tasty and included in price.

Price different from the book (more), No pricing information for the stay a dog and a very large payment for this service. Tight room with an old broken equipment, bathroom dirty and neglected.

Perfectly located in the very center of the city, it has complete facilities for everything needed.... and the price was very good!

Very friendly staff that were extremely accomadating. For example, our room included breakfast but we were missing it because we had an early flight so they packed it for us in the morning to take. The room was extremely clean and spacious.

The location is right next to the bus station so that was convenient. It is far from the airport and while they say they have an airport shuttle, it does cost you money (about $30 bucks/120 kuna) to book so we were slightly misled. It's also a walk to get to the town center (30-45 minutes) and at night I would not advise walking back but rather get a taxi because the area closer to the bus station is slightly greasy.

The hotel is relatively close to the highway (less than 1km from the exit). We used it for an overnight stay on our way to Istria and it was a perfect choice. The hotel room was very clean, the staff very professional and the breakfast plentiful. The quality of the room for the cost we received from Booking.com was very good. We did not visit Zagreb but I think it is not difficult to get to downtown from there.

I like the room and the restaurant of the hotel. All the people who work there are very friendly and professional. Very important also the frre connection in every room!!!

little bit complicated checking out if you pay cash in Euro.firstly you have to exchange money to local money and then you can pay your bill.

the actual rooms are small apartments,,so lots of space,,but thats about it..

the rooms are very noisy,,being on a main freeway,,even with the blinds down and doors shut,,it doesnt shut out the constant freeway noise..

Nicely finished and furnished apartment in a brand new building complex. Garage space included. Breakfast included.

The location is not very good if you're going to visit the city center but however, if you have business meeting it is excellent for that.

It is a very clean and modern hotel good located if coming by car while on the main road (Zagrebacka Ut.) with large rooms and a good restaurant with a variety of a breakfast buffet.

Maybe range of outdoor parking could be more.

staff at the reception was not very friendly and the head concierge was so, so. Our luggage was delayed and did not arrive the same time as we did and concierge was giving us wrong information regarding the delivery of the luggage. He called the airport and told us that the luggage is on the way to the hotel and will arrive in half an hour. one hour later it was still not delivered, then ho told us it will be fifteen minutes. After half an hour he said that luggage is on the way to our other destination-3 hours away. We wasted half a day waiting and now new information. We left and when we arrived in our hotel Monte Mulini in Rovinje, we were told that the luggage did not arrive and that in never was delivered to Zagreb airport. Concierge at such an reputable hotel as yours should never mislead guests and be sure what is he conveying IS the correct information. We lost lot of time of our precious time in Zagreb waiting around.

A pool would be nice

The King size bed was very good. The staff were friendly and there was more than enough parking space. It lies on the outskirts of Zagreb, so you'll need the car to visit the city. A large shopping center was nearby.

hotel staff quick and efficient, large parking, quiet location, spacious and clean rooms, hotel is easy to find and close to highway, shopping center is within walking distance, best value for money in Zagreb that I know of

Nothing I can think of

A little hard to find, even with GPS. Very clean, though small room, but a very big and modern bathroom. The owner was very kind, He told us that there´s gonna be a place for breakfast (not included when we were there)

They were very professional and very friendly. I have a story to share to show how great they were. My flight out of ZAG was scheduled after their breakfast bar opens at 7am. However, they offered to pack up a breakfast in a brown bag. It included turkey sandwich, juice, an apple and a candy. Amazing. I wish them all the best.

Very clean modern room

I liked vicinity of Arena sport/event stadium, just perfect for music concerts or sport events. Wiew from balcony is nice too concidering that hotel is in town.

Hotel is clean and fair but not recently refurbished.

No W-Lan in the rooms only in the lobby available. Breakfast was not very good.
