Cons (-) Our air conditioner did not work. They called someone in but told us it the coldest it would get. We took them to our other family room and showed them how cold it was in that room. She said she'd talk to the manager and see if we could move. That was at 12:00 noon. We never heard from anyone that day or the next. So we left.
