It was comfortable and the staff was really nice
Great Stay! But...
Clean, comfortable, amazing breakfast spread
But there is NO air conditioning!
It will do
As cheap and cheerful place for the night. A lot of stairs, even just to get to the front lobby, so not very conveniently laid out. No real complaints otherwise. Older but clean.
Breakfast had real bacon! Nice but simple selection of foods and fruits were fresh. Front desk upgraded me to a king room because I wanted something quiet. The hotel sits right on the highway with lots of noise. The upgrade made a big difference. Bathroom was very clean - no mold.
I hate being negative on a review but this one made me want to write up some of the issues. Old and worn out. The hallways are a maze. Hard to find your way around and I kept getting lost. When I entered the room all I could smell was a man's hair tonic. Took a while to get used to it. Comforter needed to be replaced - filling was clumped in the center of the squares. The tub was interesting as the bottom of it was sloped into a v--shape which I felt was not safe.
