Pros: Great view for Stramberk, silence but very close to Ostrava and airport. Pavel is helpful and very friendly. Room is clean and has got all usefull things you need to use during your stay.

Pros: Very clean, modern facilities, quiet, fabulous view from the very big window in a shared very spacy community room.

Pros: We arrived by train and the Penzion was right in front of the station! Beautiful restored building. Lovely dining area. Large grocery store is 100m away. If the weather were warmer we would have been able to sit in the patio.

Pros: This was our second stay and was as good as our first. Although it is located near the Tatra factory, we were not bothered at all by factory noise.

Cons: At times the trains were a little noisy, but we learnt to ignor them

Pros: Beautiful hotel and hotel rooms, lot of wood and stone interiour ind different brown tones create a really good atmosphere. Spacy rooms, good size bed and good restaurant is the reason for their success. Even they are a few kilometres distance to Mošnov and Ostrava it is definitely worth travelling the distance for a stay. (especially if you are in search of a quite place)

Cons: Breakfast choice is OK but quality of items could be of higher quality. (home made jams, better bread choice and better coffee machine, more different fruits than apples/oranges would be good too)

Pros: Just amazing place near Ostrava. Charming countryside location and building. Staff was great, so friendly and welcoming, service was excellent (even before the trip when asking details via email). Room clean and spacious, restaurant downstairs was very cosy and served great meals with reasonable price. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Cons: -- Everything was great! Not everyone spoke english but that was not a problem because they had a great serving attitude and wanted to make your stay as comfortable as they could.

Pros: Nice and cosy hotel in an extremely quiet surroundings. Nice window views (field or small valley) and a very nice patio. Quite traditional restaurant and not so bad breakfast. WiFi works well and rooms are spacious.

Cons: The breakfast coffee was horrible. I had to go for a tea. Restaurant is open until 10PM, but the kitchen closes at 8.30, so it's not possible to have anything but a beer at a late arrival (no exceptions).

Pros: Bathroom renovated, good shower.

Cons: Old building, small room, sound from the road. No English menu in the restaurant. Poor breakfast.

Pros: Welcoming was very warm and clear. The rooms was vey clean and comfortable. The restaurant was perfect, tasty food and good beer.

Cons: Unfortunately they did not let us know in advance about the additional cost for pet. And the walls are a bit thin.

Pros: We were surprised how clean were rooms. The breakfast was tasty. We hight recommended to other travelers to choose this apartments if you need stop place along your route.

Pros: Very good breakfast and comfortable room. Tea and coffee possibility on the corridor. The room was in the 4th floor but, they have elevator too. The hotel location is perfect. The nearest supermarket is about 100 meters away.

Pros: The staff were flexible and communicated well when I could reach them.

Cons: 2 things that may be important to future guests: 1) The breakfast is very basic, there are few options and small quantities of food. There was nobody around to serve coffee and it wasn't available in a pot. There was no cold water to drink either. 2) After breakfast the staff completely disappeared from the hotel without any notice. The reception was locked, the access through the front door was impossible. I wanted to leave and the only option I thought I had was through the window (easy full size windows on ground floor so it was almost like leaving through the door). After that I realised there was also a door at the back and you can use your room card to unlock it but no one told me that. It took me some time to work this out and I was in a hurry for an event. I realise that it may the business model to run a no-staff hotel but no-one told me this was going to happen. Don't book if you rely on being able to speak to someone at the reception at all times.

Pros: All staff is awesome and thoughtful.

Cons: It would be really a plus if we can have a electric kettle.

Pros: They helped me after I missed a connecting train to Kopřivnice: the hotel manager personally picked me up (by car) at a train station some 20 kilometers away - at ca. 21.30 in the evening! I was sooooo grateful to them... Perfect!

Pros: The hotel has a nice vibe. All decent good rooms. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices. Staff was very friendly. Parking is good and there is an outside terrace.

Cons: The location is not the best but for Koprivnice it is alright. Though the sight from you hotel window is not that great. Further we had no explantion during the check in about the spa baths or the back entrance.

Cons: Superior room above the Burger restaurant is a furnished a bit outdated and in the hall it smells from the restaurant.

Pros: Very kind personel. Location just 10 minutes straight drive from Mosnov Airport. For 5 euro per day we added breakfast which was very very good! We choose the hour to be prepared for. Wi-fi works also good. Nice furniture made from real wood- solid and good looking. We had everything we need. Also Penny supermarket is 5 minutes walk from hotel.

Pros: Very nice and comfortable room, - on little bit noisy place, but really very clean. I could make some cofee or tea.

Pros: Room and bath were spacious and equipped with modern technology. No meals are served, but there is a kitchenette (shared), and you can purchase food at two nearby stores. There is also a good restaurant within walking distance. Staff were available for check-in, but otherwise accessible only by SMS or phone.

Cons: Bath towels were medium size.

Pros: We chose this hotel for its proximity to the Tatra Technical Museum, which was why we came to town. We also liked the restaurant right across the street, which was excellent. The hotel restaurant was closed for renovation, we believe. But that restaurant really salvaged our stay--it was tops!

Cons: We had a few technical issues. The air conditioning wasn't working as it should have. Luckily we didn't have intensely hot days during our visit--had we, it would not have been a good situation. Also, our fridge was out. Both the AC and the fridge were new and should have been working. Our floor was just renovated and obviously there are still some kinks in getting everything working. The woman at the desk was very nice and even tried to change our room for the fridge, but the fridge in the other room wasn't working either!

Cons: They could install either shower curtain or glass door. When you want to just take a shower in jacuzzi water is everywhere .

Pros: I have stayed here before and this return visit was equally amenable with a nice touch of a complimentary Czech beer and a bottle of water, not only on arrival but replenished each day too. The room albeit rather small was clean and comfortable and when I checked in, the receptionist met the requests that I'd made when I booked. I was visiting a weekend event in the area and will stay here again.

Cons: I suppose the only area of improvement would be the provision of a pool and spa/sauna.

Pros: Excellent communication about reservation and willingness to help and feel comfortable with kids. It was only one night for us during our journey back home but definitely it fulfilled our needs for that. We appreciated the fridge and kettle, everything needful was there. Thank you.

Cons: Dreadful, small, dirty & cold room in some small hut at the backyard of the motobar. Room was smelly, unclean, extremely cold. I did not dare to use shower. Just took a quick nap and left next morning as soon as possible. Since I arrived after 22 and the bar was closed I had to call the owner, then wait almost half hour until somebody comes to bring me the key. Also I was asked to pay cash, because the bar was closed and the credit card terminal was off.

Cons: Girl at the reception refused to get payment with a card even though she had a payment terminal and in the description we had this information. Also she tried to convince us to pay 49 euro and said that is the common price and she doesn't know anything about 34 euros that we had from booking reservation email. At 9.30 another girl said that we must leave now but again according to our reservation check out at 11-12. That is definitely one of the worst experience I've ever had.

Pros: just..the cheaper price. and the restaurant seemed good.

Cons: Full of spiders.. literally everywhere. In every corner of the room, on the wall, ceiling above the beds, and a freakingly bigger one in the bathroom near toilet. We were not able to open the door or window because of insects (many ants as well). And there were outdoor furnitures but didny use it at all since it was right in front of the garbage containers.. of course with many flies. Oh, and vetilation is not good as well .. it was too hot even though we opened the window..

Pros: Cheap berr

Cons: Price in booking and in pension was different. They ask to pay 20€ more for nothing. Give us not us rooms and in the middle of the night wake us up to go to other room for their mistake.
