Pros (+) The hotel is in a great location. It is a short walk from Elgin Street and Bank Street, where there are great shops and restaurants. Very convenient.
Cons (-) When we arrived, there was no power in the hotel. Of course this is not their fault, but we weren't even informed by the concierge when checking in, it was the teenage doorman who told us that there was no power. Not a great first impression.
