Helpful front office/reception
soft pillows and bed.
Great location, friendly staff and very clean.
Three flights of narrow winding stairs, something that should be advertised on the website I think.
Fabulius location. Friendly, helpful staff. We had a room on the back which was extremely quiet.
Rooms clean and prepared with care, but somewhat less fancy than suggested in pictures. Water saving (?) or water pressure(?) device in bathroom was noisy and disturbed our sleep.
Great location. Everything is within walking distance and walking tours are right next door. Always a helpful person at the reception desk.
Location is perfect right in the centre of the city close to restaurants, shops and theatre. Staff were friendly. Room was clean.
A rabbit warren inside with narrow stairs to negotiate for all rooms. The bedroom was on a significant slope. Everything creaks and you are aware of all the other residents movements around their rooms. No facilities bar or breakfast and doesn’t feel like a four star hotel.
