When we wanted to have some dinner Saturday night, we couldn't, because the restaurant was closed due to 2 functions. They could have accomodate their customers.
Friendliness of staff, efficiency of service and excellent cuisine.
The venue and he Manor were astoundingly beautiful.
The service was shocking. For eg. In the advert it states king size beds in the comfort rooms. Actually what you get is two single beds made up as single beds, and when you complain all the staff do is move you to another room where the duvet over the top is a double, but the beds underneath are still made up as single - pathetic. I certainly had not intend to celebrate my anniversary on two single beds. A dead cockroach in the room on arrival was still there on departure. On the Sunday the beds and room were not serviced at all.
Central location. Restaurant good.
Room sparsely furnished. TV reception and channel boquet abysmal. Breakfast poorly prepared.
The friendleness of all the staff who came into contact with us. There was easy parking and the linen on the beds were of a very good standard, and not plastic feeling as most hotels now days.
It would be nice if the traffice department would make the Stop signs for Zion road and not for the road that leads straight into Pantac Manor, as it is now.
Ambiance was good; big room and bathroom which is nice
Nobody showed us our room; we had to sit outside for breakfast due to limited space inside.
