B&b Cilento Paestum - Paestum - Bedroom

9.7 Excellent (117 reviews)
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Location to paestum museum requires a car, but drive is easy. Property is a bit tricky to find, but Sergio, the proprietor was terrific.
Cons: Only wish more was in Immediate walking area.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Sergio, Gina and Danielle were like meeting old friends. Very informed about the area and very helpful in all aspects. Sergio was always available for any necessity and spoke English very well. Will definitely stay with them again, if in the area and available. Perfect!!!
Cons: Nothing!!!
7.5 Good
Pros: Lots of room for one person. Common area for breakfast. Great welcome from a Nona who was not expecting me. Good advice, ref restaurnts. Quiet place, even with the trains (infrequent).
Cons: You must drive to anything, as this is out of the way. Lots of steps, including in the room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent position, even for those who would like to come by train or bus. Although accomodation is almost like in countryside, but really few minutes from train station or bus stop. Among green, with trees and garden around. Absolutely cleen, comfortable room. Very good breakfast served with love and care of the owner, who is giving you feeling you are welcomed , together with his family you really feel like at home. And specially for this reason other little details that could be improved, are loosing their importance. The sea that is closest isnt the best, but you can go to other beaches , even by bicycle that is possible to hire. You can make nice trips to see monuments in Paestum or Pompei or nice nature around. Fantastic holidays!
Cons: The sea that was the closest to this accomodation was not the best, but its something that is not the mistake of owners, I write it just for information for other travellers. You can take car or bicycle and go to other places to enjoy clean sea , there are many with nice water , towards Agropoli or Palinuro. Great trips to do if you dont want just to lay on beach.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Sergio is the perfect host. He greeted us with freshly made (by his mother) buffalo cheese and fresh fruit from his garden. Every day we had a splendid and varied breakfast. His family were very welcoming to us both.
Cons: Nothing This is
9.5 Excellent
Pros: All the benefits of being welcomed and looked after by a local family, while fully maintaining a sense of privacy and professionalism.
Cons: The shower pressure was quite low.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Owner Sergio runs this place to a standard that would not disgrace a multi-star hotel. The facilities were startlingly modern, clean and comprehensive. His B&B simply could not be better situated for the station, and local restaurants (I strongly recommend the Bistrot della Stazione run by salt-of-the-earth Pasquale), yet you will not hear a scrap of noise or see a chink of light to disturb your sleep. The breakfast was likewise wonderful. Sfogliatelle, nom nom nom...
Cons: There was nothing I did not like about it!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff we're brilliant, rooms we're big and airy. Spotlessly clean.Breakfast was very good with a varied choice, on offer. On site restaurant, offered great food at a reasonable price, and a pretty comprehensive wine list.Free parking beside hotel makes it a great choice to explore the area.I would go out of my way to get back here again. It was a place for making memories.
Cons: Nothing to dislike about this property.
7.0 Good
Pros: Nice building and peaceful garden in walking distance from temple zone Nearby local restaurants
Cons: No swimming pool Personnel reacts as if you disturb them when asking a question
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Well situated being only a shortish walk to the Temples at Paestum. Lovely garden. Friendly helpful staff. Excellent breakfast choices.
Cons: Room on small side with poor storage space. Smelt of old cigarette smoke. Bathroom not the cleanest we encountered.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: This is an absolute gem of a hotel, and a must for anyone visiting the temples at Paestum (gorgeous - especially in the late afternoon, when you can have the site to yourself). Rooms are beautifully refurbished, the grounds are a delightful sanctuary, staff are lovely and helpful, and the restaurant is outstanding. We opted for the seafood tasting menu - spectacular. This was my second visit to TDM and I was delighted to find the genius sommelier Claudio still in place with his box of tricks. Introduced us to some unforgettable versions of Falanghina and Fiano. I love the fact that he's happy to tell you what he doesn't like as well as what he does (he's no fan of my favourite Gattinara). The beach and lidos at Paestum beach are also a huge treat - we went to Lido Conchiglia and would recommend it for any day but Sunday (when the whole of Naples goes to the beach). Can't wait to go back.
Cons: One small issue - no swimming pool. Apparently it is difficult, due to the planning restrictions around the Paestum excavations. Maybe they should think about a couple of strategically placed plunge pools. Mind you, if they had these, I doubt anyone would ever leave...
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very beautiful house, super stylish hotel. Good buffalo cosmetic in the shower. Bed was comfy and towels were made from very soft and good fabric. Pretty garden and superb restaurant. Highly recommended to dine there!
Cons: Terrible wi-fi! No drinking water in the room (weird for 4-star hotel). Due to a small rocks in front of the hotel you have to drag your luggage in hands. A road/cover/anything would be nice. But those minuses are not so big, we did enjoy our stay there and amazing historical landscape of Paestum.
6.3 Good
Pros: Breakfast was good. And good parking places.
Cons: Below our room there was a party room. At about 10 pm a party started there. The music was so loud, that the floor vibrated. At about 11:30 I went out and complained at the reception. The lady told me that the party would stop at midnight. However the party did not stop. At midnight the reception called us and offered us an other room. I refused, because we were already in bed in our pyjamas. The party then stopped at about half an hour after midnight. (By the way, it was Wednesday). In the next morning we were waked up at 7 by a tractor, passing by our window every few minutes. Looking out I understood that there was a farm right next to our building. When checking out the hotel staff could have apologized at least or offered a discount, but it did not happen. Since we were on our way to vacation and not in a fighting mood, we just left.

9.5 Excellent
Pros: Location was fantastic and gardens were well maintained... we had our dog with us and she was made to feel very welcome. The breakfast was lovely and included homemade kiwi juice and jam from the kiwis that had been collected.
Cons: The advice to go to Gin Gin to eat. There was no menu and we had no idea up front of the cost. This did not suit us. Whilst the staff were friendly and courteous I think this venue would be more suited to Gin lovers...
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Super nice location, in a calm garden, but walking distance to the archeological site and the beach. Friendly staff, nice room and nice breakfast buffet with fresh local products (partly from the garden).
Cons: nothing.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The B&B is very close to Paestum temple complex, very convenient. Very good breakfast provided, we loved the homemade panettone! The hotel is in quiet surroundings with gardens and fields around. There were home-grown kiwis at breakfast from the local garden! Very pleasant stay!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: It's a really nice place to stay, with very friendly owners in a quiet neighbourhood and perfectly situated.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Private balcony overlooking the farm. Less than a 5 minute drive to the archeological site. Quiet and peaceful. Parking on site . Host was very friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast room with a number of choices including farm fresh produce.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: I had a nice room with balcony. Breakfast was generous and the young lady working there was very nice. Wine in their fridge was euro 4.
Cons: There seemed to be no little stores nearby. It is a 10 minute walk to the closest bar, which only had cake and bad sandwiches Of course there are all kinds of restaurants 15 minutes away. The walk from the bus is also 10 minutes. Get off at bar magnia grecia. From the station it is a mile.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect B&B! Perfect location, perfectly clean, perfectly silent, PERFECT BREAKFAST!!!
Cons: n/a
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very friendly, we loved all the details like shampoo, shaving set, embroidered towels, special plates and cups, the mini bar. It was like we were in a hotel, but with all the charms of an B&B. Location is great, you can easily walk to the temples.
Cons: The shower wasn't very good. It took a long time to get hot water and the pressure was low. That last thing can be easily fixed with a new shower head.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful location, grounds and room. Lovely hostess, delicious breakfast, a real winner. Convenient to everything but tranquil and quiet.
Cons: Nothing to dislike
9.3 Excellent
Pros: - The room was comfortable and nicely decorated, with a balcony where we could see the surroundings. - Unlike most places, the bathroom was large and nicely decorated as well. - The font yard was beautiful and a very pleasant place to spend some time with the family. - The breakfast was simply delicious, with homemade goodies and juices. - Staff and owner are very nice and attentive. - Not far from the archaeological park and museum of Paestum.
Cons: Nothing at all.

Pros: This area is amazing! Paestum museum and site is a must see, the beach is amazing and sandy. We found a great restaurant. This B&B is more than we hoped for. The space is modern, clean and comfortable and the breakfast was the best! Our host was so accommodating! Would come back to again!
Hotel Poseidonia Mare - Paestum - Building

9.1 Excellent (365 reviews)
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Hospitality, clean rooms, good breakfast
Cons: Beds were not very comfortable, plastic cups in the rooms, interior a little bit old-fashioned
8.0 Excellent
Pros: I came to visit the ruins which were great. The hotel location right in town is convenient. My room had a nice balcony overlooking the stream and towards the ocean. The mattress was very hard and the rooster was crowding at 2am. Staff very helpful and accommodating. A good value.
Cons: Hard mattress and 2am rooster wake up
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was great. Super friendly service.
Cons: Nothing.
6.8 Good
Pros: Super location by the lovely beach, excellent waitress in dining room.
Cons: Great dinner cooked each evening but wasted as served 5 corses in 45 minutes flat in a dining room utterly devoid of any atmosphere. What a pity. Bedroom badly needs repainting. If this hotel was re oriented to overlook the neglected garden at the back it could be revitalized and the talented cook would not be working in vain
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Balcony, hosts and nature
Cons: Sometimes smell from a farm with buffalo s
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful hotel (with a small garden) and place near the sea. Nice rooms with a balcony and marvelous views. I had a very large balcony with 2 chairs and a table. Kind and open personal. Reasonable prices at the restaurant for a dinner.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is very nice, close to the beach and not far from the archaeological area of Paestum. It is not very busy at this time of the year (much less busy than the places along the Amalfi coast). The food was indeed great; we had both dinner and breakfast there. Hotel and restaurant staff were very helpful and kind.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Good location. Friendly & clean. Bicycles for use to ride to the temple museo
Cons: The room was a little warm
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Good location in the little town, close to the beach if you want that, and a perfectly manageable walk to the ruins. It was clear our 'special request' comment had been noted and reflected in the room assigned us - we appreciated the quietness of it. Also we enjoyed the slightly eccentric décor. There was a generous Italian breakfast, with additionally a tasty egg dish whisked up if you were so inclined, as we were. We also ate very acceptably in the hotel restaurant in the evening, and would have eaten there both evenings if we hadn't arrived so late on the first. Our waitress, for both breakfast and dinner, was memorably charming and we send her our thanks. The chap who runs the place was amiable and good-humoured, and we much appreciated the lift he gave us from the station when we arrived on a train late in the evening. (He also graciously took us back there when we left.)
Cons: The bathroom, though clean and serviceable, was due a refresh.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Probably the best place to stay in and around Paestum. Perfect location and very close to the beach, stores, restaurants, Mozzarella factory (must try!) and a 15 min walk to the ruins. Offers discounts to the nearby beach and free bikes. Very good Wi-Fi, even in the corners of the hotel. Private parking in the back. Quiet place, except for the annoying rooster of the neighbor, from time to time. Good breakfast (needs just a bit more variety), very clean rooms (the hotel is showing it's age, so there's a specific "old" smell to it), restaurant has tasty food for really good prices. Last but not least the owner is friendly and helpful with everything, which is a nice extra these days.
Cons: The only negative thing we found was the shower, it's quite small. Ours was I'm guessing about 0,25m2. The shower-head also needs replacement, which I truly recommend to the administration.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything, dinner, breakfast, Ambiente, Service, location, was extraordinary.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful lobby and spacious clean rooms with decent air conditioning . Rooms are large and very comfortable. Hotel and grounds are beautiful. The beach club is amazing - staff very attentive.
Cons: Not enough staff, service around pool is non existent - towels had to be collected from reception. Had to walk back to main lobby to get a drink.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The staff! Amazing. When a cab didn't show a member of staff drove us himself. The restaurant, seriously we ate in a Michelin star in Naples and this restaurant here in Paestum could go for it too. Great for a couple of nights to visit the Ancient Temples and a mozzarella farm. But I imagine a high quality relaxing holiday in summer here would be lovely too. There were no weddings when we were there, but clearly this is that sort of hotel (and town) - so you get the benefit of great quality and feeling of opulence and if you're lucky, the place rather quiet!
Cons: Ok so the indoor pool was empty (of water), but we didn't come for that.
7.5 Good
Pros: The lobby and grounds were beautiful.the beach club 93 was great.
Cons: The restaurant serves small portions and waiting time is long.the cheapest room at 200euro/night was basic.a rowdy wedding party woke me up.
7.5 Good
Pros: The hotel is quite luxurious and nice. Better for business than holiday though. The breakfast is good, with good local foods.
Cons: We though it is a BEACH hotel, but it turns out it is 500m away from the beach. Not nice walk on a dusty hot route. The restaurant tre olivi is quite "fancy" but limited and the portions are quite pricy for the amount you get. The drain in the bathroom was stinky in the mornings. The hotel is far from everything in the area, so unless you come by car, you will be stuck.
9.3 Excellent
Cons: Walk to the beach, not eneogh shuttle service to the beach
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful Hotel in a great location Desk Staff were wonderful! Informative and very friendly!
7.5 Good
Pros: Very clean & pleasant hotel. Freindly staff. Great location to see the temples.
Cons: Breakfast choices not very substancial for size & rating of hotel.
4.5 Okay
Cons: I never wrote a negative word for the whole life, but this time too many disappointing things. This is my 3rd stay with Savoy, it was always good, but now I feel so sad about what I got here. First of all is smell. There is an awful smell that is surrounding the hotel, you can feel it from the restaurant Tre Olivi, from a balcony, from a swimming pool. Probably it goes from a trash bins surrounding the hotel, but this really spoils your stay. Second - the dirty and old bathroom, mold, rust and scum in the bathroom walls and the bathroom screen. I asked to clean it, and it never happened. Third - there is no privacy, the cleaning lady knocked and opened the door right after, didn’t wait for my answer. It was very rude. Fourth - minj bar was not recharged with water, only when I asked, glasses are with fingerprints! Fifth - the price. 70 euro for “extra bed” for 4 years old kid - that means that they open the sofa that already is in the room and put an extra bedlinen. If i knew i would open it myself. The beach club is not available at the day of your departure - 40 euro more. The price via booking is 50-70 euros per night more than the hotel’ price. And I asked for an extra night via reception - they didn’t even tell me the price via hotel is cheaper. They gave same price as was via booking the day before. I will never come to this hotel again.

9.5 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location for visiting the Paestum Archeological site, comfortably walking distance. Easy to find from the Strada Statale. Fabulous pool with views across the plains to the encircling mountains. Eat at the poolside restaurant watching the sunset - really good local food and excellent value.
Cons: The room was fairly basic but bed was comfortable, lovely views, would opt to stay on first floor in future as ground floor bedroom window quite public. No fridge or kettle in the room.
9.5 Excellent

9.5 Excellent
Pros: Very nice, beautiful scenery, very friendly manager & stuff
7.6 Good
Pros: Beautiful property and grounds, spacious room, quiet and peaceful. Very gracious host (Giovanni) and we were able to communicate fine with basic Italian. Continental breakfast totally fine. Gorgeous dining room, could see having a family event or party here. Lovely view of the sun rising over the mountains and their crop of peach trees. I'm originally from California and this reminds me of Napa wine country. Proximity to the Paestum train station and archaeological zone 20-25 minute walk but took longer because we kept stopping to take photos of the beautiful countryside!
Cons: Very small watchout... start the shower water running a few minutes beforehand to get the hot water going. Not really a problem once you knew. Location is an easy turn off the highway... just need a better map and directions on the website. If coming by train, it would be helpful to know if you must arrange a taxi or other pickup from the train station. Other than that, the reason it is quiet is because it is not in a congested touristy area, which is a good thing!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: We got lost. The owner drove out to our location and we followed him back to the hotel.
Cons:
6.0 Good
Pros: The hotel was very clean and comfortable, but the best is the resturant and the food all home cooked and not expensive, we would stay there again.
Cons: The staff speak very little english.
6.4 Good
Pros: The staff and the quiet
Cons: Very hard to get to because of the road structure
6.0 Good

Cons: Not attractive surroundings.

Pros: We came to visit Paestum and preferred to stay a bit away from crowds. We were not disappointed, Azienda Belleli surpassed our expectations. Maria is a wonderful attentive host who took great care of us. We could enjoy the rural surroundings, breakfast was amazing and one evening we even had the opportunity to enjoy Donatella's culinary skills. When visiting Paestum again we would definitely stay in this Agriturismo. Highly recommended.

Pros: Excellent breakfast with top quality local products. Kindness of the staff. Very pleasant rural and relaxing atmosphere.
Cons: It was a bit humid in the room because the heating system was already switched off since warm season is supposed to be started. We were just unlucky because of the weather.

Pros: Excellent place. Great location. Cool house. Fantastic hosts and an amazing breakfast. Go there
9.5 Excellent
Pros: I especially appreciated the fact that - without asking - I was fetched by car from the station and the next day brought back to the station! And that - on the way to the B&B - we made a stop at the famous temples of Paestum which were at that time (evening) in full flood light so that I could take some great photographs. In addition, the breakfast was the best I had during my 3 week journey. Thank you Elsa and Cristoforo!

Pros: Very close to the beach, large room and very nice staff.
Cons: NA
7.5 Good
Pros: This is a fabulous property in many ways ... nice interiors and beautiful grounds (if you can use them!) The room and bathroom were very good. The breakfast service was very friendly and the food available was good without being exceptional.(there was fresh fruit!). We loved Nearby Paestum and the countryside of Campania
Cons: The Booking.com description is totally misleading in a number of ways. First, this is not really a hotel - it is an events (weddings/birthdays) centre. There are beautiful facilities but not for hotel guests! If yo want a pool with loungers to relax, or a seat in the garden p forget it! There were large weddings every day. We never saw the pool used at all! Sometimes even the car park was full or access was difficult. Even sitting on the balcony was difficult due to noise etc. And the noise - loud music etc went on to 11 or 12; some of event guests were also noisy at night in the hotel. The beach is NOT a 3 minute walk away - 10-15 minutes; 4 minutes by car - there is a hotel bus shuttle but at limited times. Even the hotel beach which is very nice (BeachClub 93) has functions and so you can asked to leave or unable to use the restaurant there . There is NO restaurant in in the hotel. The hotel is NOT a short walk from Paestum but a 10-15 minute drive. You need a car. There is no real town centre other than nearby Laura or Capaccio Stop ... There were no English-language TV channels available,
8.0 Excellent
Cons: The room looks too much basic compared to the external areas.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is very nice, clean and well maintained. The garden of the hotel is simply beautiful as the swimming pool. The room was clean and beds comfortable. A/C and WI-FI works fine throughout the Hotel. The breakfast was great! The hotel is 8/9mins walking from the beach and 10 mins drive from Paestum ruins. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Free car parking spot.
Cons: If I have to be picky, the pillows were too soft and the tv too small.
7.5 Good
Pros: Everything excellent if no wedding is going on; with a wedding, forget it! No food no pool loud bad music for hours and hours. I understand they want to have big weddings, but they need to warn you if one will impact your stay!
7.0 Good
Pros: We were 'upgraded' to their sister property next door, the Savoy Beach, which is marketed as a star higher (although this had not been communicated to us, leading to much confusion upon arrival). The new hotel, whilst friendly, seem devoid of guests and there were building works going on, including drilling on a concrete terrace. Staff in the bar were friendly and very helpful. The rooms were clean and the bathrooms were spacious, and I liked the Etro Milano products offered. The public spaces were lovely, nicely decorated and again, very clean. Parking was easy and we were a stone's throw from the excellent Paestum temple site. We also were near to some beach restaurants and gelateria that were very pleasant.
Cons: The confusion over where we were staying could have easily been resolved via email prior to our arrival. The rooms were were given were fine, other than they overlooked a vast tarmac roof of the outdoor dining/bar area below. It was quite odd, actually. The one and only restaurant is very formal, perhaps too formal for a 'beach' venue. Service was excellent, if a bit overbearing and intrusive. Staff could learn to read their guests better. The menu should also offer options for a quick meal for tired travellers rather than a 6-course buffalo tasting menu which was heavily pushed upon arrival. Breakfast was not ready at the appointed hour, so those of us who had flights to catch could only grab a quick pastry and filter coffee, which was a shame.
7.5 Good
Pros: The shower
Cons: Tax
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Every single member of staff with whom we came into contact was friendly, professional, and helpful. The choice food at breakfast was super, and of a high quality. The yoghurts and also the croissants were the best we tasted in the three weeks we spent in Italy. We had a couple of good lunches at the beach club which was a very short stroll from the hotel and led onto a lovely, clean, sandy beach.
Cons: The ‘25 minute’ walk to the archaeological site is accurate in that 25 minutes takes you to the perimeter wall, it’s a further 20 minutes to the entrance though. It wasn’t a problem for us but if you want a hotel with a pool then this possibly isn’t for you. This is a wedding venue and the pool area is out of bounds to all but the wedding guests.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Nice pool in sister hotel next door
Cons: Nothing
7.7 Good
Pros: Green minded; saving electricity by using key card to activate power in room. Modern and stylish.
7.0 Good
Pros: Modern very comfortable hotel. Good bed. Excellent shower. Excellent free breakfast. Quiet enviroment. Close to the beach and Paestum archeological site.
Cons: More a business hotel than a holiday hotel. Wireless Internet not working. Not much to do in neighbourhood.

Pros: Very convenient to Paestum. Not too hard to find. Good restaurant. Internet available in room
Cons: Air conditioning was not working in our room, even though the desk clerk assured us that it was.

7.6 Good
Pros: The room was excellent. The double walk in shower in the bathroom was fantastic. The gardens and grounds, and mountain views were spectacular. The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was very good indeed.
Cons:
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is professional in style and manner. Staff is very attentive and helpful with our arrangements. They are user-friendly for those of us with limited Italian. The restaurant's food is delicious and well-presented. We liked the local buffalo mozzarella and proscuitto very much. We enjoyed the local wines on the Wine List as well.
Cons: Restaurant menu choices were limited, though that is understandable because of the number of guests.
7.2 Good
Pros: Very friendly staff, good facilities and handy for Paestum
Cons: No - infact I find the Best Western are invariable good value good standard.

Pros: The meals are wonderful but the location is even better. The rooms are large, comfortable, and beautifully furnished. The owner and staff are wonderful and the meals are great. We love the location and the ability to walk to the temples. The rooms have great air conditioning for days that are hot. Visit the temples and museum in the day but also visit them in the morning light and when lit up at night. Visit Agropoli center and historic area and port for sunset.
Cons: Love everything
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The art, antiques and furnishings were superb. For a North American this was especially enjoyed. Also the general history of setting was impressive. Particularly it’s history as the Allied headquarters in the World War 2 invasion of Italy.
Cons: Road signs to get there once you turn off the main autoroute.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The rural location is charming and the history of the place is so interesting. It's very close to Tropea which is a delightful town. The swimming pool was excellent.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The pool was amazing, not easy to find somewhere with this facility. Eat here for dinner, the food is all homemade with local produce. Dinner is 25€, 4 courses, with as much wine and water as you want
9.5 Excellent
Pros: This was our first time staying at an agriturismo. It was a pleasant surprise. The staff could not have been nicer. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Everyone sat together for dinner. The food was great and the dining experience was very enjoyable. It was really fun sharing our varied travel experiences. Nick was kind enough to take several of us on a tour of the working farm the next morning, the water buffalo were amazing. Also, the baroness allowed us to tour the kitchens on the farm where she gives cooking lessons. Overall, what a great experience!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great welcoming ambience of the rooms, Wonderful Garden and area around the pool, Good breakfast, We had a two really great dinners, Tour of the buffalo farm was a real highlight of our travel
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I took my 3 children to see the Paestum Temples and we couldn't have picked a more perfect location. Our room was much larger than I anticipated and the beds were warm and comfortable! The grounds were beautiful and fun to explore. Dinner was 4 courses and every one was delicious. The pool and pool house were perfectly accommodating and we felt comfortable and welcome everywhere we went. We will definitely be returning! Don't miss out on a visit to the families water buffalo farm (about a 10 min drive) My kids loved it!
Cons: We should have stayed longer!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely place to stay, family owned and operated. Be sure to have dinner on site. Everything is homegrown and cooked while you dine. Fantastic experience.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: This is an interesting facility, filled with old world charm and memorabilia of the Bellelli family. We enjoyed dining with the other guests from different countries as it made for interesting conversation. The Baronessa joined us during breakfast, and she is a delightful woman. It's location near Paestum makes for a perfect accommodation if one is traveling there for the day.
Cons: Compared with other agriturismos, the evening meal was just so-so, but certainly adequate. The room we were assigned, at the top of the stairs, was definitely not as tastefully appointed as the others on the floor. Compared to the others, it was small and a bit cramped. I seem to have the bad luck of getting the tackiest rooms, and it's not because I'm choosing the least expensive one.

Cons: The bed was good, but could have provided a bit more support.

6.3 Good
Pros: site on beach.
Cons: family run and seemed uninterested. one of the main reasons i booked this hotel was the promise of bike availability. when i arrived i asked for two and was informed they had none as were waiting for new ones. if i had not already paid online i would have left and gone elsewhere.at the least i would have felt they could have scrounged up 2 bikes but not important to the owners daughter. the paestum ruins were over a kilometre away and we had to walk .i was more than a little chagrined to see other tourists with their loan bikes from nearby hotels. equally i enjoy a bike ride in the mornings to explore local towns/villages especially in the flat areas of pine forest and beach.we ended up staying on the beach as i had no wish to explore by car in the local area. i shall be raising this whole matter with booking .com as if i am expected to pay in advance it is their responsibility to ensure the facilities are as advertised.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A great location. Almost on the beach and near to the Greek temples. The railway station was also walk-able should you want to do any day trips e.g. Salerno, Naples.
Cons: Breakfast cereal could have been offered all the time, and the breakfast coffee was sometimes cold.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Virtually on the beach. Friendly staff. Close to the temples. Clean, nicely appointed. Incredible value.
Cons: Breakfast was so-so. Other than espresso, coffee was bad. No bikes available!

9.5 Excellent
Pros: great place, right on the beach
Cons: air con would have been ideal
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Located right on the beach
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: Right next to the beach and close to Paestum ruins.
Cons: The main reason I chose this hotel was for the air conditioning. Air conditioning, however, did not work. It's a sham. We complained about it and they moved us to a different room bc "the other room's A/C was "broken," but both rooms had air vents that blew nothing but room temp air. We were so hot (this is mid-July) that we couldn't sleep. Tried to leave the hotel but our car was locked in the gated parking lot and no one answered the phone when we tried to call for help. In addition, the shutters were broken, shower drain was clogged, lamp was broken, bed was hard and tiny (narrower than a standard twin), dinner was burned, and breakfast coffee was terrible. We were also charged a restaurant table fee (coperto) even though we were hotel guests. We also asked for bike rentals in Booking, and those were not offered at the hotel. It looks like a great place from the outside, but it's a sham. We paid way too much for what we were given. It really messed up our anniversary getaway.
10.0 Excellent
