The hot springs
A bit basic, but ok
The hotel and staff are great. The hot springs are quiet and peaceful.
The people in the room above us kept us awake all night. The floors were so thin that their pacing or stomping shook our beds.
The staff was very nice, the hotel was clean, the hot springs were quaint and peaceful and less busy than the larger spring across the street
The hotel was very out dated, there was no air conditioning and instead there was a portable air conditioner in one room, although the hotel was clean it had an awful chemical smell
Room was fine, if a bit outdated.
Pool area was old, tacky and uncomfortable
Loved the friendly, nice staff! The pools were amazing---really enjoyed them! Easy to find, great location for walking to downtown.
I would have liked having some time (even after 10 pm) set aside for guests only--the pools were really crowded during parts of some days. Would have like some time less crowded! The website could be improved to show how great the place is!
It's location and the pool, the outdoor and indoor hot springs.
It would be nice to have a microwave in a 2 queenbed room.
Location, and price.
Staff very friendly, room VERY clean.
They did close the hot tubes at 10 p.m. and that was a little early for us. Also the bath house clothing was optional, we are just not into that.
The room we had was large and clean. The staff was nice.
The main pool was lukewarm and the bath house was way to hot, 108.
We stayed in the little prefab cabins and had a great time. The hot spring was awesome with a very large pool at a great temp and smaller hotter pools. Our cabin was very cozy and a good deal.
Smaller hot springs
Cats hanging out. Worn around the edges.
Amazing hot pool in the men's bath house. Great natural hot springs and super-hot water which I like.
Cabin seemed a little dated, but I suppose it was clean at least. Layout of rooms and facilities in general was somewhat ad hoc.
Easy access - private hot baths - references for dinner and breakfast very helpful!
The central location of this hotel and the use of the mineral springs was very nice.
The fact that there was not a television in the bedroom proved to be less than satisfactory.
THE POOLS AND THE ROOM. FRIENDLINESS OF OFFICE STAFF AND OWNER
The cottage is supposed to sleep 6 but the futon in the living room area was really bad, not a place to sleep or sit, extremely uncomfortable.
