Pros: neat and clean. friendly staff. Good breakfast. Nice gym.
Pros: Full kitchen was nice. With real dishes! Also, the front desk staff was very helpful in everything and the cleaning staff was, too!
Cons: We liked it all!
Cons: The room was noisy and I feel the staff could do a better job of staggering room occupancy when less than 70% occupancy
Cons: No hot tub😞
Pros: Room was clean and staff was friendly.
Cons: I didn't like that my room was right in front of the elevator. Heard noises throughout the night. Not ideal for a business trip.
Pros: Fairly new hotel, clean and friendly.
Cons: Room was next to mechanical room, we had extra noise all night long. Mostly sounded like water flowing through pipes.
good location, good value for a suite hotel
Pros: good space in the Suite, liked the kitchen setup, but needed more than one chair for the table set up.
Cons: The breakfast hours are too short on weekends + Holidays.People who are leisure travelers want to be able to sleep in on the weekend or a holiday.Having to rush downstairs for a basic breakfast by 0900, is not a great stress-free start to the day.
I would say, in general the hotel is really good. If you book this hotel noway you could be disappointed. My issue was not being able to book for 2 adults and 2 kids and getting a room with only 1 bed. And there was not support from the staff. I was told, your reservation was through priceline so this is what you got!!! They were not disrespectful but I was looking for help.
Pros: The room I got was a small studio. 1 bedroom, 1 living room a small kitchen. It seems to brand new. Very clean
Cons: I booked through priceline, and the website does not a field to specify if you have kids. When I made it to the hotel and I saw the room, there was only a queen bed and we were 4. The room had a sofa-bed but it was not very comfortable
Cons: yeah i left my phone charger in the room but when i called to tell them they said it wasnt there, so the staff steal items so be careful, i checked out monday 9/30 @ 11 called them @ 2...
great hotel in great location
Pros: newly constructed
Cons: smoking at fire pit

Pros: Great facilities, and very clean, also nice people.
Cons: the sink in the shower bath, drained very very slow
Pros: The breatfast was good, the amenities was decent and enjoyable and we had great customer service from the moment we walked in the door(which is huge to me).
If your looking for a nice hotel for a reasonable price this would be the one, would definitely come back here.
Cons: There was no tub in the room, would have loved to relax and have taken a bath. (Everything else made up for that!)

Pros: Breakfast was excellent
building looks, clean was good
Cons: Having water turned off for two hours during day.
Next day having no hot water upon getting up in morning
Complaining about no hot water, was assured it was being fixed, when returned following evening was told all fixed - BUT IT WAS NOT! Had to pack up and move to another room, got a bottle of water and a cookie to make me happy.
Some of the staff did not seem to know what to do about anything.
Pros: The staff was very friendly, everything was clean and well kept. I would definitely go back.

Pros: I checked in on a Wednesday and they had a free beer tasting. One doesn't get to choose their single free beer, but it was still nice to try something new.
Cons: I got the king suite because I read that the rooms were small, and it's true. Their version of a king suite is simply opening the door between two rooms.

Pros: The bathroom fan actually worked well, not like most facilities where after you take a shower you have a rainforest. It had very easy access to the freeway and all attractions nearby.
Cons: The breakfast, described as "continental," would be more accurately described as "carbohydrate central." No proteins at all.

Cons: Hotel is being remodeled. It's an absolute mess!! Would have been nice to know that before we booked there.
Pros: Hotel is under serious renovations, this should be explained on the website listing. The front desk staff was very friendly, understanding and accommodating. We didn't stay and are trusting our refund request will be processed quickly.
Cons: Due to renovations there was dirt, odors and noise when checking in. The smell of paint hung in the air. There were no pictures in the room (just bare walls) and construction dust was present. We left after 5 minutes and requested a refund.
Cons: Nobody said it was under full renovation.
Pros: Clean and friendly staff
Cons: Under construction -- 1st floor a mess
Pros: Good Brecky
Cons: They were renovating. Beds were to high. My wife had to get a stool to get into bed.

Cons: They are in the middle of renovations so there was a slight inconvenience.
Pros: The breakfast was excellent and the lobby and office area were clean. Our bedroom was clean and comfortable.

Pros: Location was good for our trip needs. Friendly staff.
Cons: The room was 46 degrees when I got in and it was hard to keep the temperature regulated. The sink kept clogging.
Pros: The beds were comfortable. The room looked really nice. The hotel was under renovations so it was loud in the morning. I don't think house keeping did a real thorough job. I found a a piece of a dorito in the bed. Kinda creeped me out.
Pros: The bed was clean and comfy. The bathroom was clean. My husband enjoyed the hot tub. I especially liked the availability of breakfast. We stayed 5 nights and each morning was a nice variety of food which saved a lot of money. The value per night was great too! Cons: The pictures didnt line up with what i was expect Ing. The hotel was not 2 1/2 stars. I was totally disappointed Overall.

Cons: This was not a hotel that should be on the same starlevel as the Fairfield BY the Fashion square mall. The bed was lumpy, you could see the rolls in it.The decor of the room was mid 70s. The internet was abysmal, pullout was smaller than a twin if possible
Pros: The staff ... ultra friendly and helpful. Also, even though they had a house band playing it did not disturb us at all so they have that place soundproofed very well.

Cons: wasn't clean, had to move rooms due to finding food from the previous guests as well as a tick on the window curtain. when we called, there was only one person we could find that was working in the entire hotel.
Pros: Close to outlets
Cons: breakfast ends early or was never offered
Pros: Great being close to the mall. Facilities were clean and staff helpful. We would for sure stay again.
Cons: Breakfast room was crowded. Didn't take much for pool to feel crowded-but what hotels have big pools these days. They did not keep up on their towels.
Pros: Front desk staff girl called about if room was to our liken. I ask her about internet trouble, she said to stop by the desk and she would help. We did and it was taking care of but our location room 213 was out of range for wireless. She ask if we wanted to move if we wanted to, but we were fine without it. Breakfast was great and hot. Nice breakfast area and pool area.
Cons: Shower valve was hard to get set for temperature. Slight move on handle got very hot or cold. No inbetween. Toilet seat was loose, I tighten myself.

When visiting Saginaw, Montague Inn is a great choice to consider. Free perks include continental breakfast and self parking.
Pros: Friendly staff and the bed was clean. It was very close to restaurants and shopping areas. Right off of the exit from 675.
Cons: A/C didn't work until we had it running for a long time (took over 5 hours to cool the room).
Pros: Non of the above describes your hotellll.
Cons: The walls were so thin that we could here the young men talking until 1:00 in the morning. We had to call the manager twice, and after he left they started again until 2:00 AM. and we had to get up early to leave for home. When we wanted to sit by the pool after all the kids left we were told that it was closed! We stayed for two nights, and on the second day (which was our 28th anniversary) the box of Kleenex was not replaced, which left only one in the box, the bed was not made up, the room was not swept, there was no real coffee, and the cans were not emptied! The stairs were really dirty, we should be reimbursed for Sat. night since we were unable to sleep!
Pros: I went there for an exam for school. The hotel was very close to where the exam took place. The room was clean enough. One of the lamps didn't work and the faucet at the sink dripped. But I only stayed one night and the staff was really nice. As a single woman, I felt secure enough.

Cons: Could not sleep because other guests were partying. Yelling and car horns beeping all hours of night.
