Nice, big room with all possible comforts. Good english breakfast.
No hairdryer in room as advertised. Breakfast could have been warmer.
I found my stay at the Watermill Hotel most enjoyable with the view from my room of the waterfall absolutely wonderful, I will definitely book again.
Staff are very friendly and helpful, and the food is good.
We somethimes get woken up by the creaky floorboards.
Ample parking, elevator for easy access to rooms with luggage. Good bar meals, and lovely restaurant (although I did not use the restaurant personally).
The decor in the upstairs hall corridors and rooms is very tired and jaded, and can appear grubby and unkempt in places. It could certainly do with 'brightening up' a little, as this can give the wrong impression of a nice comfortable and friendly hotel.
Staff were very friendly, food was excellent, and plenty of it. Accomodation was good.
The noise from the creaky floorboards above our room, thid did tend to wake us earlier than we would have wished.
