I was in room 110 and it was very loud. I think I must've have been next to a laundry room or janitor area. Not sure, but there was a lot of noise often on throughout the day and night. Also, the room had that dingy hotel room smell. But I always bring a candle, and it went away pretty quick. I think there shouldn't be carpeting in hotel rooms. That's my own personal opinion.
Price was more than I wanted to spend but less than most places.
Good location for our needs. Bed was nice but a little to firm for our liking.
Free breakfast and wifi thank god My room could of used a little paint and updating
The front desk clerk was very friendly and accelerated our check in and out. Room was very old and had an old hotel/musty smell. Bed was comfortable, but the musty smell was a major draw back.
The place was a dump.
Need upgrading badly.
Cost and location Cleanliness of the room
bad internet connection with Ethostream. very slow connection.
Convenient location. Armed security. Breakfast. Low price. Low quality hotel. Not a great part of town.
I liked the friendly staff and closeness (15 minutes) to the beach. I didn't like the initial smell of the room and the lack of plugs for my devices and my friends'.
Dirty bed sheetson one bed
Pretty much nothing. The location is OK, fairly close to Lake Worth Downtown. One of the cheaper places in the area, but certainly still pricey, and no excuse for the experience, which was the worst. Dirty room, unfinished room, Transient Long-Term occupants that are out of their rooms milling around the complex constantly. My front door had a metal grill on it that was covered with a plastic bag so all the people outside were loud, super dirty room, guests (or transients) kept knocking on the door and yelling through the plastic bag on the door, and on and on, until we found a bed bug... Then we left the hotel, and wound up sleeping in the car in a wal-mart parking lot. I want my money back, but wasn't willing to even go back there.
I wouldn't know. I never stayed I booked the same day, ended up not needing the room, canceled and still got charged for the room.
Owners were racist rude and aggressive unnecessarily I have never had such a terrible experience in a hotel/motel. Rooms were also very low quality outdated and poorest quality toiletries I have seen at a motel! This was over all the worst experience I have had while traveling! Stay away not worth it!
Nothing - not even cheap for the price Mold all over shower curtains, fungus growing on shower tiles, smelly towels, dirty greasy linens. Bed bugs in mattress! The list goes on. Stay elsehwere!!!
I liked its location so close to the actual Palm Beach area and it was in the middle of a Cuban community so there was a lot of nice foods, but it definitely was a shadier part of the city. The hotel was a good price but I wouldn't stay if it was for more than our one night. The hotel was a great deal at only $60.00. Since we were staying only one night, I'm not usually too picky about where I shower and sleep once in my life. The hotel was older so, of course, everything was dated. Check out was at 11am, so I assumed check-in was at 12, so after our 17-hour drive there, I wanted to check in immediately. We arrived at 11:53am. She told me she was not done cleaning all the rooms to check in at 1pm. So we walked down the corner to Havana. When we finally checked-in, the room was very hot, so we turned on the wall unit to as cold as it could be. I immediately took a shower and there wasn't any hot water. I hate the shower turned as hot as it would go and it was barely luke warm. I'm assuming it was because the owners turn the hot water heater down during the day? Regardless, I took my cooled shower and we did what business we had in town. overall, it is bearable if you're staying just ONE NIGHT, but anything longer, I'd have to spend an extra $30.00/night, because I can't keep showering in tepid water.
