Great place, with huge and comfortable rooms! The staff could learn more English. Room was very spacious, clean and super comfortable. Location, price, clean. The amenities and the hotel itself is very beautiful and makes you feel good.

Room service agent was a little bit rude. The pool area needs renovation! At this time, signage for self parking not clear due to pandemic. Slightly outdated but not bad. So short amount of options on the breakfast… I think the options amount were poor.

The room wasn't very clean. The bedside table had water stains, and the coffee cups were dusty. I also noticed stains on the sheets, and the bathroom floor also had stains. Maybe they should add more options to the breakfast as I couldn’t find much I liked. The breakfast, can improve. The bar was closed through a whole Saturday. There was nothing to do at the hotel at night. It was Saturday at 8 pm and all the lights in the entertainment area were off.

Smell in the toilet. Cleanliness of the room and bathroom. General cleanliness is needed, particularly the room. The hotel room has a sea view. And it is near the supermarket. You can use an Uber to reach the casco antiguo and other places.

Free parking. The bar was not open every night. Neither was there a restaurant... Had to leave to get food/drinks most nights. Also wish the water could get hotter in the shower. The worker on the entire hotel. Hotel was lovely. Pool was awesome! An infinity pool! We stayed in a smaller suite and was great so the kids could go play in the living room while we slept in. Or we could stay up later while they went to bed.
