Pros: Great variety, very good quality, staff exceptional, excellent location, wonderful surrounding.
Cons: nothing
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was great. Beautiful location.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: outstanding location, esthetic appeal, outstanding garden and yard design, building architecture for the areamperfect,, all staff were wonderful and food superb.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: A lovely resort with unique thermal-springs pools. The nature walk up the valley was an easy hike and had a spectacular variety of flowers, ferns and other vegetation. (It becomes a very rigorous hike if you continue up the valley and into the mountains.) Having thermal pools in the courtyard, next to the cabins, was really nice, in addition to the formal thermal-spring spa area. I had only one massage, but it was very nice and reasonably priced.
Cons: Be forewarned that the resort is in the mountains, where it is quite chilly and rainy most of the year. Getting from the cabins to the formal spa can be a bit of a trek in the damp, chilly air, so I spent more time in the courtyard pools, which were delightful. I also have a thyroid condition that affects my circulation, so I asked for a portable heater to keep my cabin warmer. A last word of advice: Ask for a quiet cabin that is not too near the main lodge/restaurant/reception. (The cabins are rather rustic, with very little soundproofing or insulation.)
10.0 Excellent

Pros: Extremely friendly staff and having a hard wood fire and a thermal bath prepared in the room was heaven on a cold night. Also a decent breakfast, with warm food and fresh fruits
Cons: The toilet in our room could have used a good scrub
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I arrived and was warmly greeted with friendly staff. The property exceeded any expectations I could have had. There is fireplace in the room and a hot tub. Restaurant on site that is very good. I want to return to this property! I love it!
Cons: I loved everything !
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We enjoyed the one night we spent at this location. It was pretty cold outside, and the personnel made a fire in the fireplace in the room, as well as set a thermal bath directly in the bathtub of our room. It was all a very warm and welcomed surprise. We slept like babies!
Cons: Depending on what guests are using the thermal baths outside the rooms, it cat get pretty loud.

9.2 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was buffet style, which is unusual here, so it was a great way to start the day fueled up. The staff (especially the owner) was extremely kind, friendly, and caring. Really made me feel at home.
Cons: If you're coming to visit the Termas de Papallacta, be aware that this property is about 3km away, so its a decently long walk (or short cab ride).
7.5 Good
Pros: Very happy that our room had a space heater that worked well and the beds were comfy with lots of blankets (it’s cold here!)
4.2 Okay
Pros: The area was nice, althought it was raining, so we didn't tried out the hot pools.
Cons: It is like a very cheap hotel, only it isn't cheap. It was one of our most expensive stays in South America. $30 for a night in low season?? The room was ok, but the bathroom was dirty. Everything is very old, smells mouldy. The breakfast was little, and the music was loud. Prepare that the staff is speaking only Spanish.
7.9 Good
Pros: the guy at the reception is very gentle and always available for any information, the location is near the bus station, easy to find
Cons: the place should be renovated, all is "old style"
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Decent sized double room with a heater and extra blankets (these were necessary because it’s freezing!) Short taxi ride to the thermal spas or 2minute walk to public heated pools. Lovely buffet breakfast!
Cons: Warm water was only luke warm and our shower window was broken letting in a draft. Other than that great place to sleep whilst visiting Papallacta!
4.6 Okay
Pros: Friendly personeel
Cons: Damp, moldy room. The bathroom was more moldy than anything ever seen
5.0 Okay
Pros: The breakfast and wifi was good.
Cons: There was no toiletpaper in my room which I only noticed in the middle of the night. The only power plug was unreachable from the bed. There were really bad stains one the floor and spider webs in the shower. The rooms are very damp and dark.
