Cons: The floor was dirty walking on it.
Pros: Stayed 2x before and was good stays. Staff friendly.
Cons: Booked on line. Got there about 7pm. Checked in. Went to the room and got a major smell of urine(#104). Went back to office. The lady at the desk went to the room with us. She walk half way into room and smelled it. Said she would close it out. Put us in a special room. It was dusty as heck, air conditioner did not get cool. Had a stand up fan at doorway, tack type holes all over the walls, hole from door handle in the wall, fire alarm was tore done and tossed under the sink, hair dryer was missing, one bed was like an inch shorter then the other. We went down this morning for breakfast. Had parked by room #104. Saw a couple exiting the room. So the lady last night lyed about closing it out/down.
Pros: The Asst Manager, Darren, was the GREATEST! We had booked our room in advance for a construction job we had in Parachute, well one thing after another happened and we were a little short on the bill. I spoke with Darren and explained our situation and how we would have the money in a day or two but not at check in. He completed understood, and trusted us on our word to pay our bill. We had booked a king room but Darren bumped us up to the suite. The suite was a small apartment with small kitchenette, and a huge spa tub and 2 TV's. I cried, and went back to the desk to hug him. He didn't have to do all of that but he said he could tell we needed.a little something good in our lives, and we did. Needless to say we finished another job and paid our bill in full with cash the next day, and even added another night to our stay. Thank You Daren and all the staff at the Parachute Inn, we will.come.nack just for you all.
