Pros. I love the location so close to the metro
Cons. But I don't like the fact that there were not sufficebt blankets on the bed so I was cold in bed the first even with the good heating on full blast Also I was furious on check out that they do not accept Amex even thou on the website I booked with it said they accept Amex this was most dissapointing but I believe it is Kayaks fault not the actual hotel. The problem with the hotel was that last year when I stayed here the wifi was great and worked well on the 5th floor but this trip I was told on check in that the wifi works only in the lobby why would they change that!
