This is overpriced hotel for no reason. Very basic. Also 4 stars - no way. Please go to a cheaper hotel - 3 stars hotels are much better

Beautiful clean well appointed room. Hotel was crowded but you never wait for elevator. Staff exceptionally helpful and gracious Perfect base to use Metro. 3 lines actross the street Would definitely return

Cons (-) No parking. Overall cleanliness was horrible, certainly not four star worthy. Customer service was lacking, personnel seemed annoyed to help.
