The staff is great, the service is top notch. The location is great. Staff were really friendly. And room was cleaned everyday. The staff were all really friendly. Bedrooms are clean and look well maintained. The location is perfect for my wife and I. The location was superb for much of what I wanted to do. The location is very good , you get whatever you pay. The location is amazing, very central and near to some of Paris’ best tourist spots, all in walking distance. Staff extremely friendly and helpful.

It was a bit chilly. The noise of the metro is terrible. The noise by the metro all thru the day except midnight to 5am. The noise of underground trains was loud in our room on the 2nd floor. The room was very small. No natural light as looked into the shaft. And there was some bad drain smells. The room was too small. The room was extremely small and cramped despite being given an upgrade to a deluxe room. The room was not ready yet when we arrived at 4pm. The room was super clean, location was excellent and staff were very friendly and helpful. Some people complained on reviews about noise of metro, we were on 1st floor so could definitely hear it but it didnt cause any issues.
