A quiet, elegantly renovated hotel in centre of Paris. Welcome to the 3-star Hôtel Île de France Opéra, where we offer a fabulous central location just steps from the famous Opéra Garnier in the peace and quiet of a small side street. Our 3-star boutique hotel also has a royal history - Louis XIV’s first mistress once lived in this elegant 18th century town house. And our recent renovations bring you extra comfort in a truly majestic decor.
just the location
the windows are loking on the other hotels room!!!!
The hotel was in a great location. An easy trip from most anywhere and you're situated in the middle of the city. The staff were welcoming and accomodating. The room was small, but still very clean and exceptionally quiet. Small hotel rooms are a way of life in Paris. You don't go to Paris to stay in your room all day.
Location was very good
Yes, there were more likes than dislikes - not at all what the pictures showed, very outdated
I couldn't recommend this hotel. We have booked the room for 1+1 nights in June 2010. Everything was ok when we have arrived. Hotel is small but rooms are very nice. After 1 night we have gone to one day excursion to the casle on the South of France. We have reminded on the reception that we will come back the day after tomorrow and that we have booked room for the day after tomorrow. But when we have arrived men on the reception has said that the hotel do not have rooms, in spite of the fact that we have had printed confirmation from booking.com. It was middle of June and I have spent a lot of time to find other hotel. So - hotel is nice, but - you can not be sure that you will live in this hotel.
The staff were really nice, location was perfect, very close to metro station.
Very small rooms, noisy ac.
The hotel is closed to many attractions and the location is optimal in my opinion. As the room was on the court side, it was quiet from the traffic point-of-view.
OK, it is Paris and hence expensive. The room was small and there wa no cable TV so that TF1, M6, Arte and so on were missing. The room maids and the customers were slamming the doors very early in the morning.
Location was particularly good.
My room was facing the street and therefore quite noisy and even more so during one night when the bars were emptying. However it was a Friday night and, had I been younger, I would probably have been out there making some of the noise!
charming hotel and very helpful personel, nice location
friendly staff, clean rooms and location!
