Comfortable, clean and quiet

- the bathroom is not adapted, the shower is very badly arranged. Can not have enough water out of it. - the access to the parking is too complicated. - the breakfast is terrible (27€ served in room service) : they brought me the very limited essential and minimum - the coffee was cold, the fruits were not fresh, the bread was from yesterday quickly warmed(not even well toasted) and only 3 little slices, no butter, a tiny amount of marmelade... you would expect much better from a 5 stars hotel in the 16th area of Paris

Lady on reception was very nice when we arrived.

food we order 10:50PM -> 11:50 i was talking to reception they said 2min-> 12:33AM they were calling they bring the food( 3 sendwiches) IT is NOT 5star Hotel.. ITS 3star. Rooms absolutely not like on the pictures looks bigger and lighter but they are not. I paid for2nights - 3people 1x triple room they charged me in advance, that was ok aprox 320€. But when i check out they charged me 100€ for extra bed!! :-D :-D But i already paid for 3person on triple room!!! They said its in conditions, but its NOT! Its very old furnished, shower in bathtub not showering on you instead outside of bathtub. No Hairdryer on room.. Very noisy room, you can hear everything, my kids were scared. Never ever.

the location

I booked the hotel for 2 adults and 2 kids included. I was charged an additional 50 euros for each child with the excuse that the I book a room for 4 but not with beds.... ridiculous. When I arrived, the air conditioning was not working with 29c in the room. After raising the issue it took 2 days (1 night) for us to move to another room. I needed to iron my clothe for an important meeting... asked for an iron at 6.30 am and never got one. "all were used" The restaurant was closed at 7.15 am on one day?? For a 5 star hotel this is extremely poor to be polite..

I got problem with my second day booking, they could not give me approriate room for the second day. That's why I needed to transfer for another hotel. This hotel should not be a five star and it's design results in less comfort.

i like modern design of the hotel,welcome smile of the staff when we got in and out from it...ah i did like their welcome macaroon

complementary coffee and tea in the room would be great and extra sanity bag in bathroom....
