Pros. Very good location. Room and bathroom clean and descent.
Cons. The reception area is in a terrible condition. Walls are cracking and falling off. I think the staff could be more friendly (maybe it's a matter of not speaking English fluently) but even despite that I haven't felt welcomed. They could be more friendly. There was a specific odour in the room (which could possibly come from the bathroom). But simply airing the room before guests arrive could be nice.
