The location is perfect! Fantastic location in the Latin Quarter. Friendly staff, very good breakfast, great location. The concierge went out of his way to be helpful. The hotel is nicely located in the Saint-Michel district one street away from the Seine.

Very bad air conditioning. Room too small and lay out poorly. Very noisy at night. Noisy at night from street noise. Poor noise insulation.
