Pros. The staff is really nice, the facilities are modern and is very very close to all the good stuff and the Ecole Militaire Metro Station which let's you go basically anywhere. It a very good hotel and I would definitely recommend it at the right price(4 star hotel price)
Cons. The hotel is good but definitely not a 5 star. This is a good 4 star hotel in my opinion. The facilities are modern but not fancy and the rooms are super small, I know, this is europe but my room in a 4 star hotel in downtown Bruges was much bigger then this one and cheaper. And my opinion is not based in just that, I'm also considering that I have stayed at other 5 star hotels(in Europe and other places) and they are definitely better. I wouldn't consider this a 5 star hotel. A very good 4 star hotel, FOR SURE, but NOT a 5 star.
