Very pleasant. The French Toast was superb. Plenty of refills of coffee and juice offered. Extremely friendly and interesting breakfast room waiters
The sound from the television set is muffled by the mirror in which it is set. This may be fine for native French speakers but not great when French is a second language
- Location - Nice restaurant - Attention to the details - Super friendly staffs
-Coffee machine and kettle only on request - Room size quit small however it was 39 sq m. As most of the space are for shower and walking closet.
Overall, the hotel is good. But, because of the chain's name, I had very high expectations and even thought the hotel will easily far exceeds all of them and that I will be amazed like when staying at the Four Seasons, Mandarin Oriental, Ritz, Shangri La... etc. +Benjamin from the front desk (knows how to manage and always finds a solution). +Marc (although sometimes seemed rushed), Diane, Jose from the Concierge desk. +Bathroom. +Breakfast options. +Some sections of the hotel. +Location.
-A front desk employee (Always interrupts, needs to work on her attitude and to validate her information before sharing it with the customer (was wrong in all occasions). -Overall value of money. -Room Service [quality/quantity]. -Room Service [The service] (except for the last day). -The mini sink in the toilet room doesn't function well and kept getting clogged and overflowing as a result. Front desk was informed on the first encounter. Unfortunately wasn't fixed and we have avoided using it. -Room facilities
As always the hotel is very good only the bathroom was not practical
