size of room according to what was posted on internet
The staff was very attentive and helpful. The rooms were quiet and private. The recently refurbished rooms were well stocked with extra blankets and pillows. The bed linens were fresh and nicely pressed and laundered. They were changed daily. We had an unexpected late arrival our first night there. The hotel was booked, and they did not have the room we reserved available. They had to put us in a very small, tight single. However, they assured us that for our inconvenience they would upgrade us to a Jr. Suite at no additional charge. We appreciated their desire to 'make things right' without any kind of fuss. We stayed an additional 4 nights in complete comfort. There is a prevailing attitude of 'the guest is always first'. There were 3 or 4 different staff at the front desk during our stay, and each and every staff member was helpful, cheerful, and ready to help us with any request. Each staff also spoke English, which was a big plus for us.
Location in the city.
Small, worn-out room.
did not see the hotel much was working all the time but very much enjoyed the large room(suite) for 3 people made our business trip much more enjoyable
