Perfect location, close to the metro station and short walking distance to the Tour Eiffel. Hotel personal was polite and willing to help.
Staff is professional and polite.
The sorry state of the room we were in should disqualify the hotel from getting referenced by the French Tourist Board: broken mini-bar with stuffed paper used as a foot, bathroom with fixtures that should have been replaced many many years ago, WC with stench stains. We intend to report this to the french Office du Tourisme.
Location is the best! The linen was clean. Restaurant looks exactly as at the picture. There are shops and bars just outside the hotel.
The hotel room feels really old and dark comparing to the pictures at the site.
I had seen dozens of others options before booking a room in this hotel. I am really glad I chose this one! I traveled with my mother and we shared a double room. Paris is an expensive city, therefore space is expensive. The room is quite small. But it is very clean. And the bathroom, which is in the room, is very good and clean. The hotel staff is pretty nice, especially the staff that serves the breakfast. I recommend having breakfast in the hotel because it is very complete. The best thing about this hotel is its location. There are two subway stations near. To sum up, if don’t mind about space, and you are looking for an inexpensive, clean, safe a well located hotel this might be a good choice for you.
There only two things that I didn’t like about the hotel. The elevator is very small, so you might have a hard time taking your luggage to your room. It is really small. It fits like one person with one luggage at the time. The bathroom door didn’t lock, but it is in the room so this is not a big issue. Despite these little minors the hotel is an excellent choice. And I speak also on behalf of my mother who is very exigent about cleanness and safeness.
Although I arrived late I was expected. The location (near Eiffel tower) was excellent.
Very small room, poor TV set
The staff member in the breakfast room was a delight. He was friendly and made us feel important by remembering our room number and what we drank and how we liked it. Always cheerful and friendly. The hotel is in a very nice area and extremely convenient as far as being able to walk to all of the major attractions. Good food outlets in the immediate area including supermarkets.
The hotel location was excellent and close to the Metro and buses. The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. The room and bathroom was large and very nicely decorated.
It would have been great to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room.
Silent rooms near centre of Paris, but located beside small road. 300 meters to nearest metro station. Good shower and clean room. Walking distance to the Eiffel tower.
Old hotel with small rooms and small beds (for two).
centraql location, quiet area
You could see the Eiffel Tower from the balconies and the bus stop was close.
It was not child friendly. When they made a little noise we were asked to be quiet, but were woke up in the middle of the night by guests above us hollering and throwing things. The hotel staff was rude with the exception of the first clerk. The door knob to my bathroom was broken. There were no instructions to secure the safe.
