Good atmosphere, really felt like being in alpine Austria, facilities very good, food tasty, beds comfortable, free wlan

it's a very comfortable hotel in the beautiful mountain, surround by the woods and farms, we can see the snow on the far away mountain and listen the river's running, the cow in the farm also like people around them :D . the room have big wood's bed,table and chair, so comfortable when we seat around the big clean window seeing the beautiful view over the mountain , we love this place.

When we drove up to this hotel we were so excited it was ours!!! The location is absolutely stunning with a rolling lawn overlooking beautiful mountains. There is a patio with tables for eating or drinking. It was an old hunting lodge that has been turned into a hotel, & restaurant. We ended up staying on the property our entire visit. We sipped wine from their stunning patio, took a long hike as there are a ton of trails all over the place and ate dinner at the restaurant. We really liked the staff/owners and thought the hotels was truly a diamond in the rough.

We loved the Hunting Lodge motif of the hotel, loved the location but thought the hotel needed a little bit of updating. The stunning view with the location to hiking (right off the property) and the nice owners was a great experience for us. We would go back again.

two twin beds pushed together was a bit uncomfortable for two people.

Room was tiny but very modern and clean. Beautiful skylight-like window that opened to a view of the mountains, and let in outside air nicely.

Room was extremely small even just for two people with one backpack each. Made it a little hard to move around.

The hotel is located in a very peaceful, quiet and beautiful area. The relation price/benefit is good. Parking is available, as well as there is a supermarket very close which opens also on Sunday. Very close to Innsbruck. I recommend!!

The room was smelling cigarette and they should pay more attention when cleaning the bathroom. But it was not that bad.

The bedrooms are very cozy and warm when it is a little chilly in the air. The cost is very cheap even though I used 3 bedrooms apt.

3 bedrooms apt is a semi basement room. I think the owner should add some more hotel information about it on the reservation details for guests.

The only positive aspect is the location of the hotel.

Dyrty room, old furniture, it is not the kind of hotel we have expected to finde in this area.

Loved that they had on site parking. Loved the spacious and clean rooms. Steak house in the hotel was wonderful. Close to all major attractions. Very friendly staff.

hard beds, not the best value. It is a decent place but rooms need to be 10 euro less and the menu prices dropped by 15%. Then this would be an outstanding value.

Staying at the Hotel Heiligkreuz was a good choice. Convenient to Innsbruck without the traffic and the hotel itself was very pleasant with a wonderful breakfast. Easy wireless Internet access in our room was a plus.

The hotel is clean, efficient and rooms are quite large. Nice breakfast and ability to have dinner in the hotel is a plus.

Good restaurant. Very kind and helpful staff (both reception, restaurant and cleaning). Staff speaks English. Free wireless internet with an allright download/upload rate: I had no problems with ordinary use of the internet including webcam video transmission.

When using the wireless internet a lot for e.g. working in the hotel room, it is a little annoying that you have to sign in to the internet with a new username and password for every three hours. But the staff at the reception is very generous with the passwords, so you can get e.g. five new passwords at one visit at the reception in order not to have to go there every third hour.

I liked the central location of the hotel and the availability of leisure facilities and the spa. The rooms were very comfortable and I particularly liked the spaciousness of the rooms

I found the menu in the restaurant to be somewhat limited. All the main meals were all cooked in a heavy sauce and very limited with accompanying vegetables.

We were very satisfied with the quiet and pleasant environment. The room was well equipped, we lacked nothing.

this is a real design hotel, but nevertheless very comfortable. The rooms are very large and the view opens to the mountains. The station of the "Hungertalbahn", that leads to the mountains is just in front of the hotel. The hotel staff is friendlier than usual.

the hotel is on the border of the inner city, so just a 10 minutes walk.

The room is spacious, the hotel brand new and the location excellent.

this hotel was in the best location for train travellers. Did not even need to leave the station to access the hotel.

You always pay more than you want for this type of arrangement.

I booked a single room and requested a possibility to change for a double room later. Although we got a double room, it was much smaller than the other double rooms in the hotel, with a slanted roof, which made impossible to go into the bathroom bending. Given the size and comfort of the room I would expect a discount on the price. It has been very cold in the room, the manager of the hotel provided a heater for the second night, which helped. The hotel is located far away from the city, with absolutely nothing around.

Everything is great, the people, the food, the house. The hotel is a very old house perfectly mainteined, even there is a room that is kept as is was lot of years ago for you to admire. The house is situated in an extremely quiet road ideal if you go by car and do not want to be in the center of the city. I would recommend to navigate by coordinates, since the GPS may send you to other direction if you put the adress. Or contact previously the owner to get precise instructions. Dont miss this hotel!

Second stay at this hotel. Standards remain consistent. Excellent staff and breakfast. Room clean and functional. Well-located. Good spa facilities, especially the pool. Will definitely return.
