The hotel is beautifully located at the top of the mountain with a view of the lake and the islands. The resort is just so tastefully decorated and well maintained and the rooms were huge. And last but not least, the staff is simply amazing: super nice, very helpful and engaged. We were there for the famous Día de los Muertos celebrations in town and were pleasantly surprised to learn that two dinners with delicious traditional food - one with a great presentation of traditional dances and the other followed by a magical nightly tour through the surrounding pueblos to see the festivities in the different communities - were included in our booking. It was just all so well organized and executed and felt really authentic.
