10.0 Excellent
Pros: We loved everything! The location was beautiful and so much nearby. The scenery was stunning! The room is absolutely gorgeous, much bigger than we expected, impeccably clean and, I know it's strange to say, but it smelt amazing. We were welcomed with a slice of cake each in the room which was such a lovely touch and made us feeel very special indeed. The bed was super comfy, great night sleep! Followed by a delicious breakfast, best eggs, sausages and mushrooms we've had! And to top it all off the hosts were lovely, couldn't do enough for you. It's the best B&B I've personally stayed in!
Cons: There's nothing we didn't like, it was way more than we could have hoped for and I only wished that we could have spent another night

Pros: Sally was very nice. She travelled the first day but had made adequate arrangement for me. I felt a bit cold on the first night because I used one heater. She was so nice and accommodating.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The only reason for some dissatisfaction at checking out was the fact that booking. com had quoted me a different price to the one which our host requested us to pay, i. E £345 when booked through booking. com and £360 requested by host which we were told is her going rate for that bedroom. We did pay but feel booking. com should be more exact on which bedrooms are being booked.

Cons: Shower could be improved
5.0 Okay
Pros: Breakfast was good, and my partner who was cold was given a hot water bottle.
Cons: Not what I expected from a very expensive B and B. Dirty carpets by the bed including a dead moth, safety pin and biscuit crumbs, extension leads hanging off walls and lying on the bathroom / toilet floor and bedroom, a poor and tatty curtain providing privacy in toilet and shower room, no lock on the bedroom door thin bedding, a clothes rail for a wardrobe, dirty and damaged garden furniture to sit on and a wonky wall mounted TV
10.0 Excellent

10.0 Excellent
Pros: We were attending a wedding at the walled garden, so the location was perfect for our needs. Phil was an excellent host, always willing to help and kept the accommodation spotlessly clean. The main room was very spacious and the bed was nice and comfortable. The continental breakfast was adequate, which Phil topped up on a regular basis. There was no problem with parking, with a space allocated to each cottage. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would highly recommend it to anyone.
Cons: A very minor point, but we thought the shower was slightly on the small side, however this did not detract anything from our visit.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent service. Very welcoming
Cons: Entering and exiting the B&B car park was very tight.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great breakfast at Golf Clubhouse , small but well decorated rooms, comfy bed with crisp white sheets.
Cons: A bit of road noise but not too bad
7.0 Good
Pros: We were a little bit disappointed by the location as it is within the golf club, so not as remote as it appears in pictures, and quite noisy next to the road
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Everything was perfect
Cons: The room was very warm during the night and in the morning.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Golf course good condition - staff were very friendly - overall facilities good.
Cons: Cleanliness of lodge was a disappointment - underneath toilet seat specs of human waste material was evident and this was pointed out via a photo to female manager at reception who was extremely helpful and indicated she would correct asap which she duly did. However more attention to cleaning detail is required and would suggest a regime of cleaning audits need to be carried out to ensure 100% compliance. The accommodation in lodge was very good however noise pollution from passing traffic was an issue and may decide whether my wife and I would actually stay overnight again.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable room, good value for money, and the staff in the golf clubhouse were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent with lots of options and lovely fresh fruit. Will definitely return when visiting family in Midhurst.
7.1 Good
Pros: The cowdray suite was a good size. Breakfast was great. Parking available on site. Nice remote location with amenities closeby
Cons: Beds were too soft. Room could have done with a fridge.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: We stayed in The Bothy. Lovely little cottage. Comfortable bed, bath tub at the end of the bed, clean and very smart.
Cons: There is no shower. Instead taps with a shower fitting in the bath. The facilities published says shower more than once, both with the bath and without. This is up for interpretation but it’s pretty unclear. Unless I’ve missed something?? I wouldn’t have booked had I realised there was no stand alone shower. Only one chair in the room and no table.

Pros: Hotel has lots of old world charm esp the bar. Restaurant manager was extremely helpful regarding providing gluten free options as am coeliac Our room appeared to have been recently decorated...loved the wall paper so much that am now on the hunt for it! Spa area & gym was clean & in full working order.
Cons: The sofas & lounge chairs in the bar where lacking in comfort as cushions lost there omph! But overall always enjoy the quaintness of the bar.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Really lovely bedroom, no 14. Second time we've stayed here in the last 3 weeks. Love the spa too.
Cons: Felt a bit awkward walking through the restaurant in our robes, while people were having their dinner. Shame there's not another way. Also our robes were wet & dirty, like they hadn't been changed.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: staff were very good.
Cons: I did not have time to make the most of my stay
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was excellent.
Cons: Cant think of anything.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was lovely, really comfortable, very friendly, relaxed and quiet. Even though the spa was having some maintenance work the interior was clean and relaxing. I had three massage treatments and all were excellent. I also attended a Pilates class with a lovely trainer. The food was delicious and all the staff in the restaurant and bar were super friendly and helpful. My room was a delight and extremely comfortable. The town of Midhurst is very friendly and there are plenty of nice places to take a walk or to eat or just have a coffee.
Cons: The breakfast tea pots are hopeless - they are silver, the handles get way too hot and they don't pour well. I overcame this by taking the really nice teapot from my bedroom and asking for my tea to be served in that. I also didn't like the fact that I ordered a smoked salmon sandwich and instead got a 'gin cured' salmon sandwich with no explanation of why or an option to choose another filling. Maybe they thought I would would not notice the difference but I did! Neither of the above were a big deal in themselves, just a little bit annoying. Overall I had a really lovely, relaxing break and I will be back very soon I hope.
